China King Super Buffet

This is your typical Chinese buffet restaurant which my family and I have been going to for several years. Their food is OK. Depending on when you go and if it’s fresh, it’s better at times, but for the most part, I’ve never been unhappy with what I’ve eaten. They offer a large selection of food at reasonable prices. It’s great for takeout if I don’t feel like eating there, especially for a quick stop on the way home. They have a steady flow of customers and are usually busy every time I’m there so this is a good sign for a good place to eat. I’ve never had problems with dirty dishes or silverware, not that it can’t happen, but hasn’t happened so far (thankfully).

Awesome food, great staff, and great prices! I have been going to this restaurant for years and I haven’t had one negative incident yet! Love it!

worst hole, in the wall I’ve Ben too there wasn’t much to chose from to eat… wasn’t impressed when I walked in and was sucky service I waited the whole time I was there to get a refill .but I guess u can’t ask much for a small country town restaurant my grandmother made it seem so great why I come but I gotta think maybe this is spectacular cus she has never left this area … I don’t give this place a rating at all but zero

Last night I finally experienced the buffet and will not be returning… Outside of feeling a little queasy from what I ate, my husband and I were not impressed.
Given the dinner buffet is under $ 9 a person before tax, we figured we would try it out – considering we would’ve paid more for take out. The servers and hostess were very nice and pleasant. One played with my 15 month old son. When I first went to the buffet, much of the food either looked like it was under the lamp for several hours, or was super scarce (folks must have been hungry). I started with the wontons and spring rolls which weren’t bad. Once new food came out, I noticed my fork had crusted food on it from a previous person. I don’t know if it wasn’t properly washed or what, but it was pretty nasty.
My husband can and will eat anything and did. Even though he filled his plate, he didn’t think the food was anything memorable.
At the end of the day, you get what you paid for, and we won’t make this mistake again. The food might be acceptable to some people based on the prices, but for us, no thanks.

The food is not the best Chinese I have ever had but it is also not the worst. The have a wide selection on the buffet which can be confusing as well. Many items look similar but have widely different tastes.
Everything tastes a little to heat and serve to me. I prefer the little place across the parking lot and the prices there are much better.
