It pains me to have to give this place two stars. I now go to the one on Reno because the service and quality of the sandwiches I order are by far better. There seems to be more high school students working here, who are either super slow, or don’t always know what they’re doing. Customers shouldn’t have to tell employees how much meat and bacon goes on a footlong. That should be common knowledge, no? The biggest issue I’ve had with this location is sanitation. Yes, flies can fly around food, but for heaven’s sake, use one of the covers that you place the sandwich on to cover it. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve ordered food and saw flies on everyone’s sandwiches! Flies literally eat shit, so don’t you think it’s worth a few extra seconds to make sure you properly cover food. I walked out the other day after two, young employees, didn’t establish some game plan and spent 15 mins on one lady’s order. Sure, she ordered more than one sandwich, but since when does one employee have to watch the other make the sandwich when a line is forming? No one thought it was a good idea to ask how many she needed — or split up for that matter, with one person making the sandwich, and the other taking care of the toppings.

Tonight was the last night I go to this subway, the last two times my family has been here it has taken a total of 60 mins to get 3 sandwiches. The first time I waited in the car and watched 3 – 5 people enter the pizza hut next door order, wait for their pizza and leave before my wife picked up 3 cold sandwiches. Poor customer service, did not like the fact that we only had 3 – 4 people in front of us and had to wait so long, off to the harrah subway.
