Do far we’ve had nothing but problems. Opened an account there because the bank I really liked closed (citibank). So after the annoying «interview» just to open an account, it’s been three weeks with no checks or cards mailed to us. Went in yesterday to check on them and they said «oh, they we’re never ordered but I get them coming and you can pick them up tomorrow». So here it is the next day and we go in to get them and guess what, NO CHECKS OR CARDS! I think I’ll just close it and move on to a different bank with better service. Damn I miss citibank!
