Awesome cheesesteak! …served with fresh cut fries! Friendly service. They have a pretty good menu other than sandwiches. Can’t wait to try their fresh omletts! Just sorta stumbled on this place. It is one of my favorite finds ever! Not open 24 hours

The fries are fresh but it’s pricey and there’s not great seating it’s connected to a truckstop and for the quality very pricey not for me they wouldn’t even grill banana peppers on the grill for my cheese steak? Beats me…

First off a «traditional» cheesesteak does NOT have cheddar cheese, next the place is kinda ruined by the chester’s deep fryer smell, last they offer honey mustard, bow, mayo but not steak sauce? Yes, I know a properly made one needs NO sauce, but at the worst there are 2 that you can put on a bad one marinara or steak.

I local who happens live close to Cheesesteak Factory and I’m a huge fan. Their sandwiches are always fresh, their fish is amazing, and their fries are to kill for. I highly recommend this place. Staff are very friendly and treat you nicely.

Out of bread so no cheese steak and im sorry but on a tortilla isnt a cheese steak. wings i had were very tiny and very overcooked. Staff was very friendly. Real french fries was the best thing i could say. I liked them alot and im not even a fan of potatos. I will give them a second try some other time. Also felt prices were a bit high.

I will begin with our least favorite thing about this visit to the Cheesesteak Factory and it is the reason I can only give it 3 stars. We had the Cheesesteak sandwich with onions, peppers, mushrooms and provolone cheese, french fries and sweet teas. The meat was seasoned well and tender the bun warm and soft however the meat to bun ratio was off. My bun wasn’t cut though or even close to the outside so half of my first few bites was nothing but bun. I decided to open the bun more thoroughly and look for the mushrooms that I hadn’t been able to taste and redistribute the meat. I found two dices of a mushroom so technically it had «mushrooms» and after redistribution of the meat it was quite apparent why the bun hadn’t been cut correctly as there wasn’t enough meat to cover the bun. So that’s the down side.
On a positive note, the food was fresh and made to order. My husband is a truck driver and there was plenty of available places to park the truck at 4:00 PM (a huge plus!) The place was clean. The service was welcoming, prompt and polite. And the french fries were among the best I have ever eaten. I am not a huge fan of french fries not for health reasons or anything like that. They are typically not my favorite item to order. That said, I do eat fries. I do like to have a few with my burger or sandwich but typically the majority of my order of fries goes to whoever I am eating with. That was NOT the case today. Knowing my proclivity to fries my husband even handed me the basket that had visibility fewer fries. He also expected to get my left overs. I smacked his hand. The fries were that good. My husband says hands down the best he has ever had.
If consistency is key in the food service industry then this place fails. One sandwich had much less meat than the other but both were lacking the right bun to meat ratio. We ordered the same meals and my basket had noticibly fewer fries than my husband’s. The food was fresh, hot, seasoned to perfection and the fries were amazing! These things coupled with excellent service, easy available parking is why I am giving 3 (I wish there was an option for 3.5) stars. We will give this place another try. The chicken tenders and wings looked excellent and the sign said fish fry fridays. I hope to leave a better review next trip. Safe and happy travels!

This place was a wonderful discovery! Nice people, good food, FRESH squeezed lemonade! LARGE menu! Will for sure eat here again!

Yes, it’s in a gas station but the people working there were the nicest in any restuarant I’ve been in and the cheesesteak was amazing. Husband says their fries are better than Five Guys. We will definately be back for wings, also. Again, can’t say enough about the nice workers; they wore gloves, were very hygienic, and friendly.

I had the classic Philly cheesesteak and also tried the Texas cheesesteak. Their ingredients come from Philadelphia and taste authentic. Both were very good! The fries were very fresh and reminded me of Five Guys. Also the chicken tenders were huge and some of the best I’ve had!

This place was a lucky find. The food was fantastic and cheap. Cooked quick and right in front of me. I love the atmosphere too. Everyone was very friendly and I felt welcome as an out of towner.

The best part about stopping here are the French fries, they give you a whole freshly cut potato. very nice to get that. I had the Classic Cheese steak sandwich and it was pretty good, the steak was plenty flavorful and the cheese was also good. This is a quick stop kind of place where you can grab a tasty sandwich or chicken fingers and be on the road again. If you are craving a good sandwich and fries on you way stop here because they are worth it.

Good food. Nothing fancy but the cheesesteaks are very good and there hand cut fries are too!

Owner is a jerk. $ 30 in food. Wife’s lemonade was a little weak and owner was going to charge us for an extra lemon. And was informed it was an «award» winning receipt. But couldn’t grasp that two identical lemons can have different amounts of juice and flavor. He is clearly more concerned with awards than customer service. In fairness, my lemonade was great.

This place is a hole in the wall. Never would have thought they would have amazing tasty food! The chicken tenders, phillycheese steak and fries were awesome! Definitely recommend !!!

My husband and I got the chicken tenders, Texas Philly and fries… all of it was great! The staff is really nice as well. We will more than likely eat here again when we pass through the area.

Always try to make time to stop here, when I drive through. Food is good. My personal opinion, the best cheesesteaks outside of Philadelphia.

This place has the best chicken in… any where. Come here just for that !

Wasn’t that impressed with there cheesesteaks but there chicken tenders were great and there fries were easily awesome (easily in my top 10 favorites).
