Mr. Kool was recommended highly by a good friend and I was impressed by the knowledge when selecting a new high efficiency heat pump. I chose a Amana 16 SEER with 99 year compressor warranty, 10 years parts and purchased the 10 year labor contract. Paul and his entire staff are fantastic, the install went well, all new features explained clearly and they even follow up to make sure you are completely happy. I love my new unit as I say I can hang meat in the house with half the electricity cost. You all rock at Mr. Kool!

I previously had negative review of Mr Kool… however, due to apparent miscommunication. Dont know to alter previous review. Howver my a/​c has ran great past yr and always received prompt, courteous service, including today, which is a Sat. Will continue using them!
