The lady working at checkout today did a wonderful job of greeting customers walking through the door. At checkout she was again gracious and cheerful. How nice it is to encounter someone who enjoys their work and the people they meet.

Charlottesville, VA
Was waiting to checkout at the register not knowing the registers were down. Employee clearly saw me waiting and didn’t inform me that the registers were down, had me standing and waiting. I finally asked and he said «oh no they don’t work». What a horrible employee.
