We just bought a house and because the previous owner had dogs and kids we really wanted to get the carpet cleaned. I looked on Unilocal for deals and reviews and Bello has 5 stars plus a Unilocal deal. I called other carpet cleaning companies to compare and Bello has the best price. Stephanie was very helpful when I called, answered all my questions and did not rush me at all. I scheduled my appointment and Jesus came out the next day. JESUS IS AWESOME! Carpet cleaning does not look like and easy job and Jesus was very energetic and actually seemed like he liked his job. He explained everything to me and after my boyfriend got there he explained everything to him again. I’m super pleased with the results and I will always go back to Bello Carpet cleaning to get my floors cleaned.
Plus our dogs name is Bella so we were already drawn to them by the name lol.

These guys are seriously without any doubts are the best. Every other review below me has already covered most of the points but I’d like to add couple things:
1) I called them yesterday and and someone and Stephanie answered right awayand she was very helpful in making me an appointment for 8 a. m: I having people over for coming holiday.
2) They showed up at 7.45am, after calling first to make sure the time was still okay. They were really very professional, and even helped to move light furniture from the room I needed cleaned.
3) They cleaned my entire carpets and not to mention my beloved and antique Persian Carpets). Let me tell all Unilocalers this company is good company and I will do business in the future with them. Thank You everyone for the hard work.

They did our neighbors carpet so we got a card and booked an appointment. Was happy with cost. We booked our appointment and it was they will be here
Between 9 and 11am. Ok so we wake up early and have everything moved. Mind you we have 2 kids and I am 8 months pregnant. Time passes and passes 10:45 call them and no answer, call again no answer. My husband rememebers after he called to book the appointment that the guy called
From a cell so he calls the cell.
The guy knew nothing and said something about Yvette from the office no longer worked there. He said he could bring a portable machine but it won’t be that good. Um why would we do that??? So we said never mind and called someone else who came within 45 mins. I don’t doubt there work is good and I can see that from the pictures. But I think the office organization needs to be better. Seriously I don’t have time for that. I am hot, tired and I have better things to do.

Amazing high end quality carpet care, great and friendly staff who leave the carpet looking brand new! Very impressed by there work I even refer them to family and friends. Thank you great and friendly receptionist as well who keeps you informed as to when the workers are arriving simply amazing

The carpets look brand new! Jesus did a great job at removing all the stains and deep cleaning the high traffic areas. He was on time, professional and very thorough in his work. I would gladly recommend this company to others!

Jesus was my technician today and he did a fabulous job! It has been 2 years since I last had my carpets cleaned, I know gross. Lots of kid spills and lots of puppy accidents from our new puppy so it didn’t look pretty. Jesus took his time and did a fantastic job. I will definitely be using bello again in the future. Also I was able to txt my appt which was super easy for me.

I decided to use Bello’s services because of the Unilocal reviews. True to everyone’s words, they did an excellent job. Since I moved into my condo, my carpet had seemed uncleaned since the previous residents. I did my own cleaning but it wasn’t enough. Jesus did an awesome job getting the non dyed stains out of my carpet. There was one really dark spot that I though would still be there, but he got it all out. He was very professional and worked really hard. I would recommend Bello carpet services to anyone who needs it.

We just had Bello Express out today to clean the other rooms in our home and to tackle the play room rug which gets lots of traffic and is very light colored. Jesus was (as always) very prompt, to the point and clear about what was necessary in each room, what he planned to do, how long he would be, and what the cost was. He was also very cute with my daughter who was very interested in what was going on.
This is the second time we have had Bello Express out and were so thrilled the first time around that now that we are expecting out second baby we wanted to make sure all the carpets were clean and free of anything gross.
The previous tenants had 2 dogs who weren’t apparently house broken and we have been very disappointed with their concern for the carpets in this house. Last time we had Bello out they did the stairs, hall, the guest room and 2 of our area rugs (one silk). This time we had them do the other 2 bedrooms, the hall again and one of the area rugs. BEST MONEY EVER SPENT ON CARPETS!

Before I decided to go with Bello Express I called other companies that didn’t answer the phone or didn’t have availability for the day I needed the service.
When I read the reviews I called to find out and I immediately got a response, schedule my service, got it on time, the promotion was applied, etc. At the end … I was really satisfied with the results. Jesus is a great guy and very professional.

So I come from the typical «Mexican» do it yourself kind of Family. Today all that changed when we had our first appointment, I got a call from Stephanie giving me a courtesy reminder, that my technician Jesus. Will be arriving shortly. Not even 5 minutes later he was already outside my Door, ready to assess, and diagnose my carpet.
Let me tell you something honestly. My carpet was FILTHY! I mean after changing the carpet 5 years ago, and having a mother that has her BASIC! little Electrolux carpet washing machine, that caused nothing but PROBLEMS! What kind of problems you ask? let me tell you what happens when you own/​do you’re own carpet cleaning? Let’s begin Shall we?
1.) You are NOT! certified, or trained to understand the stains and dirt traffic on you’re own. My mom learned the HARD WAY!
2.) We don’t know EXACTLY! how much soap we put into the little slot. (Even though we read the labels)
3.) After 5 years, of «Home Carpet Cleaning» All we did was cause was a BUBBLE BATH! Yes you read this right. 5 years of my mother cleaning her own carpet, created an amazing bubble bath! so NOT! My mother learned her lesson, Her exact words were «No matter the NEW technology that comes out, there is nothing better than an actual person, that EXTRACTS! and NOT blend the dirt around, Industrial is the way to go.» I’m so pleased to know that Jesus (The Tech) had an Awesome attitude, about our bubble bath incident. He restored our carpet to NEW GLORY! & for a really good deal. I asked Stephanie about their deals, and she explained to me, To show how Unique they are they have Different Specials, at all times, on there Facebook Page, It apparently changes, and to me thats a DEAL!
