Dr. Breslow is the best pediatrician. I have five kids, two of which are now adults(22&18). My three little ones(15, 7 and 3) have been seen by Dr. Breslow since birth and he has been nothing but considerate, thoughtful, thorough… sometimes even funny :) to our family. He takes his time explaining what’s wrong with my kids, how to treat their illness, how to use the medicine prescribed, what the cause of the illness is so as to avoid it in the future(if possible) and he does it with gentleness and care. He would stay in the room until all of our questions have been answered, no rush. I would highly recommend Dr. Breslow to any of my friends and family… without hesitation.

It’s hard to find a doctor who I can truely trust with my kids. Dr. Breslow is an amazing doctor who listens to our needs and answers all our concerns for our kids. Very dedicated to what he does. I strongly recommend Dr. Breslow especially for those who are in the military that needs a primary care provider.

I totally disagree with the other review. Dr Breslow is THEBEST. I have three children and he has taken care of them for more than 21 years. My oldest is now 21 and Dr Breslow took care of him while he was hospitalized at birth at Mercy Hospital. I have been going to Dr Breslow for a very long time and I can honestly say I thinks he is the best! He is always honest with us and always listens patiently to all of our concerns. I applaud you Dr Breslow… thank you for all the great care you have given my children. If you need a great doctor for your child, they dont get better than Dr. Breslow!

A couple years ago, I decided to have my son pay a visit to this doctor. I was referred by a two aquiantances. I was looking for a second opinion on my son’s challenges in language and odd behavior. I knew my son was likely autistic. Our general practitioner wanted me to see a pediatrician, so I made an appointment with Dr. Breslow. The person who made my appointment gave me very confusing directions(she assumed I lived in the Otay Ranch area) and became irritated with me when I asked for further details. The day of the appointment, I was late because I ended up getting lost. As a result, the office manager literallly SCOLDED me in the waiting room for being late. When I attempted to tell her it was my first visit an I got lost, she told me everyone had an excuse and that it didn’t matter. She was very condescending. The doctor visit was no less unpleasant. I had been told he was a soft spoken, kind man; what I got was a man who treated me with apparent revulsion because I hadn’t gotten early intervention for a child«clearly autistic.» When I explained that my son’s autism was not registering for more than three professionals who had done formal testing on him, the doctor waved me off and asked what I wanted him to do. He practically rolled his eyes at me. I told him I didn’t want anything more from him, took my son, and left the building. I cried the whole way home. As if my family didn’t already have enough to combat from the uneducated and unaware, this office of medical professionals, did nothing to help me feel they were on my «side». I was not going to trust that they’d have my son’s best interest foremost in their priorities. What they showed me through their attitudes, words, and actions is that their bottom line is their business efficiency. Hopefully, one of them will take some business management and customer relations courses and realize that patients want to be treated with courtesy and respect if they are expected to return and recommend their practice. Based on my experience, I wish Unilocal would allow ZERO stars.
