Each and every time I have gone in here with my daughter’s the staff has said hello to us. Each and every time I have gone in here with my daughter’s they have helped us find whatever it is that we are looking for. They have asked us if we need help and left us alone when we have not needed it. I have been able to come in each time when there are not a lot of people in the store, so maybe that is why I have been so lucky. I think a lot about situations before I really do a bad review and there has been no reason for me to leave one for Claire’s as even if there were a lot of people in the store when I came in and they could not give me immediate attention, I would believe that they would if I asked them for help, take care of me immediately after helping whoever they were helping at the time.

Walked it to look for some presents, wasn’t expecting any outstanding customer service, but one of the 2 sales ladies in there kept talking super bad about a «mexi-guy» super rude ! I was the only customer in the store and felt very uncomfortable so I just decided to walk and go shop somewhere else since im a «mexi– girl»

On 11/09/2014 my daughter went to Claires to get and got the Ear Piercing PKG# 2 she had an adult with her being she was under age. Great Right? Yes so far… so good… Alexis was the associate that pierced my daughter and provided good customer service. . Here’s the problem my receipt stated that she paid for 14KT what she has on today is some tarnished mess. I wonder what earrings she receive and who got her actual earrings. I really don’t see a need to be contacted to «FIX» the situation I fixed it by Unilocaling about the thievery along with no intentions to return to Claire’s Yep, I can choke on this experience and you can choke on this Unilocal.I hope this helps other parents or single fathers pay close attention to what’s going on when you take your daughter or maybe even your son there to get pierced. Good Luck!!!

Long overdue update but: I realized after about a year of having my second piercing they were crooked. So it’s pretty much impossible to wear two earrings without it being noticeable that on one side one of the earrings is lower than the one on the other side. Bottom line: bad service and crooked piercings. I went here today for my second piercing. I was with two of my friends and we were patiently waiting in front of the Piercing stand for an employee, once the store cleared out the two assistant managers went off doing their own thing, one said hi then turned around. We waited a few more minutes then asked to get my ears pierced, the assistant manager turned around and rudely responded«next time, you have to come up to ask us, I thought you were just hanging out.» I didn’t realize people actually just came to hang out in front of your piercing stand. They lacked customer service, very, very, very much. None of the two ASSISTANTMANAGERS even bothered to come up and ask me if I needed help. As much as I HATED the experience, I have to admit she was knowledgeable about piercing, it came out nice. But it doesn’t make up for the lack of customer service they had, I am NEVER going back. I’d rather drive 20 or so minutes to Plaza Bonita than shop here.

Went in to get my daughter’s ears pierced… had to look around for the only employee for a good 5 minutes, before she came out of the back. Told her I’d be back after eating to have ear piercing done. Pros, she was very informative, very friendly. Cons… the second piercing went through my daughter’s ear and did not catch on the backing, so she had to do it by hand. I was NOT happy to hear my little girl screaming because of the extra pain. Partially my fault for getting the ear piercing, but that should NOT happen. I had a similar experience about 8 years ago at a different Claire’s when I got MY ear piercing. Coincidence, or bad training?

I normally don’t go to Claire’s unless I’m looking for something specific. My daughter wanted to buy fake eyeglasses for a «smarty pants» day at school, so I figured Claire’s would carry them. When we first went inside, there were 2 employees at the counter. No greeting from either of them as they were busy talking to one another. Didn’t bother me much since I was busy trying to look for the glasses and making sure my kids didn’t break anything. After looking inside the store for about 5 minutes, the two employees were kept talking but one was really loud. One of the employees was bad-mouthing someone and clearly I could tell she was upset. I could also tell based by their conversation they were talking about«corporate» or another employee. After we found the things we needed, then that’s when they started to act like employees. Asking me if I found everything«okay». I just said, «yeah» but was irritated with their behavior. I looked at her tag and low & behold, the employee that was so loud was a manager. I just wanted to pay for my stuff and leave. While I understand workmates can be frustrating, I think talking so loudly in a store while customers are shopping is very unprofessional. I gave the store 2 stars because of the organization and was pleased on how clean it was.
