Copeland Engraving and Trophies

I needed engraving done quickly. This company went over the top to make sure it happened. They even drove the watch to a local jeweler to have the band removed (at no extra cost to me) and had the job done way ahead of time. I felt so comfortable with them. You don’t find this kind of customer service anymore. Newt and his wife did an amazing job!

My husband needed a quick engraving without making our wallet cry.
Every place my husband checked was either OVERPRICED or closed!
He finally found this place, called if the place is still open and it was!
He works out of his home, I felt kind of sketchy at first but you start off somewhere! Never judge!
It is a nice bright red house in a corner, and you know you got the right place because if it even says so on their car that is parked in the driveway!
Newt and his wife were VERY welcoming and he was quick! You just give him the details and he’s ready to do what you need him to do. It is SO rare to find quality service, who would’ve thought it’s this guy straight from his own home!
He is very military friendly, and I truly highly recommend him as my go to for engraving!

Was needing to get two military plaques done for some departing members and was under a time crunch. I was trying to get them done through another company but they were trying to make it to complicated and expensive.
So I called Copelands hoping they could help me out and they more than delivered an awesome product. Newt was able to finish the two plaques the next day. I even noticed a couple days later I had mispelled one of the names of the members and he was able to fit me in a new name plate the same day, inbetween all his orders for little leagues baseball season. I can’t say enough how appreciative I am of him and would highly recommend him.

Give him a call, any engraving needs he can handle. Took in a request that was late on another shop and he got it done the same day. 2thumbs up. Great customer service and great work. And he is open 7days a week just give him a call and he will gladly give you a quote or you come on done and he will gladly help you out. Will be coming here again when I need something engraved.
