Adrian is quite the professional. He’s a nice guy, and he drives many the extra mile. He is worth more than every penny. I would recommend him to friends and I intend to utilize his services again upon my next real estate need.

I recently worked with Martha Barragan of CostaSanDiego Realty.
Martha is very dedicated and is a consummate professional. Martha helped me recently with my first condo purchase. She held my hand through the entire process.
Martha came highly recommended by a good friend who she had helped earlier with another great deal.
When I first encountered this opportunity I saw immediately it was a great deal and had to act fast. My first ever call to Martha was almost at midnight. She dutifully answered and got the ball rolling by suggesting we meet at the property first thing the next morning. After a thorough viewing of the property Martha was instrumental in crafting an offer that turned out to be the winning bid. She nailed it. She recommended a finance company which I decided to go with. What followed was the world’s quickest closing.
I bought this property as an income generating investment. With this in mind Martha also recommended a property management company although I decided to go with another. To top it all off, she even called me after the close with potential renter prospects!!!
She answered all my calls promptly and kept me informed at every step of the way. I can’t tell you how important that is. In short… Go with Martha.

I was researching property management companies in Chula Vista to take on my property and was interested in acquiring their services.
I called and left a message about my inquiries & in less than an hour I received a call back. Adrian (I think?), was very helpful and reassuring.
I had a few questions and he answered them with flying colors
Details, as of, 07÷24÷13.
1) Cost of Services: $ 350. Then 8% of the monthly rent.
2) Experience: 6 – 8 months in San Diego
3) Managed properties: 4 (at this time). «I love it b/​c we get that TLC»
4) Offices are located in San Diego (Third Ave., Chula Vista)
…but before I do, I have to settle out with my current property management (ugh!).
