Very professional, has an amazing talent in what he does! I have had Leo the balloon expert in my parties for years and never have I had any issues. Like I mentioned, his team and him are very professional and take pride in what they do. Also, my self being self employed I know how important great customer service, great communication skills and being professional is key in any business. I will definitely continue to recommend him to any parties.

Love Leo and his family, have used them for Halloween parties for years. Does a fantastic job entertaining the kids with his amazing balloons and the face painting is also a huge hit!!!

Fantastic service! Did face painting and balloon twisting for my son’s 2^nd birthday and everyone was so impressed at how detailed Leo was. He’s more expensive but you get what you pay for! I would never go with anyone else because he is amazing! Definite recommendation!

It’s an uncle/​niece team… Leo does balloon art, and Aldra does amazing face painting… They’re regulars at Otay Ranch’s farmers market (Tuesdays 4−8p)… They work on tips at the farmers market… And of course they do private events…
They are organized and clean. VERY friendly.
Their work is some of the best I’ve seen. (I’m not exaggerating, they’re very skilled at what they do, check out my pics!)…
They also take their time with each thing they do…

Leo’s very talented, very amazing balloon making skills! I looove the disney princess designs. Name it, and he can do it with excellent quality! Im glad that I hired him in my daughter’s 7^th birthday. He arrived ahead of the scheduled time. He also saved the day by having his own sound system (which i forgot). I will definitely book him with my next event!

RUDE. I attended explore SDSU where Leo had been hired to make balloons. The balloons are impressive but I was not impressed by his lack of tact. When I asked if my 2 year old son could have a ballon he said NO I’m done. I asked if I could have at least a deflated balloon and he sarcastically said he would run out of balloons. To make things worse, 3 young college girls went over after I did and they all got flower balloons. He didn’t seem to care for my 2 year old son.

Leo’s. ballon making skills are amazing! I gotta to say! I probably, got told by every single guest at my party that he did awesome. He came on time, brought his own music and just simply was fun for all the kids. I also booked face painting by cruzzing Ballons. They did a great job. I don’t have 1 to thing to complain about. Great deals if you book them both. I wouldn’t dare to book anyone else for my birthday parties. Now that I found Cruzzing Balloon!

Leo was hired to help with my sons’ 3^rd Birthday Party last night. Everyone’s jaw dropped at the characters and figures he created. Let me say that again… EVERYONE’s jaw dropped at what he was able to create from thin air.
Leo arrived early and began working prior to his start time because a bunch of little kids wanted a balloon. He is a master at working with large crowds of swarming kids and toddlers… keeping their attention. Somehow the kids remained patient as he made their balloon.
As he had some many requests, he stayed later with no questions asked… thank goodness. I would have been at a huge loss if he had to leave. One child asked him to make something I had never heard of… rather than say «no» and redirect the child to choose something else, he looked it up on his Iphone to see a picture and went at it.” He re-​created the object perfectly.
Leo had very small space in which to work (we held party at a restaurant) and he did so with class. Moreover, he worked VERY hard. No time to sit, eat or drink. I personally think he needs to raise rates but he probably won’t.
I can’t imagine there is a better balloon artist in Southern California.

I booked Leo and a face painter (if you book both balloon and face painter, you receive a price break) for my son’s 2^nd birthday party. We had a balloon artist for his birthday which people loved, but his rates were a little too much for my budget. Leo provides the best rates that I could find. And not only that, but some of the best balloon art I have seen! He also brings his own music which livened up the party. He was such a hit, the line for balloons was constant and nonstop that it lasted for more than the hour that I booked him. Not only did he stay past the hour (almost an additional hour), but he didn’t complain or request any extra payment (i was inclined to naturally pay him more because of such graciousness). The face painter also did a great job! I’ve recommended his services since & would not hesitate to book him for another event!

Cruzzing balloons is FANTASTIC! I just hired him for my sons carnival themed birthday party. I received SO many compliments on how amazing he was. He is extremely talented. I’m so glad we hired him! Worth every penny! 100% recommend :)

Yeah, I saw this guy at an Eastlake opening, the guy was cool as a cucumber with the crowds, did his signature balloon bike, my kids were blown away, really nice and professional guy.

Leo dominates these balloons! He worked his magic over the crowd at my kids party. He is VERY professional and really makes some wonderful creations that are artistic. Everyone was really awed by his fast work. This isn’t any simple stuff –he even makes little wrist holders so that the kids can wear the character. Really very thoughtful and creative. For me he is the 1^st and last name in the book as far as balloons go. Can’t go wrong –he’s worth every penny.
