Custom Engineered Openings Windows and Doors

My wife and I had been planning to replace windows for years but had been limited by knowledge and budget. We were directed to Steve Landry and the professionals of CEO and could not have been happier with the results. After several consultations and lengthy «this is what we want» discussions, it became apparent that Steve is extremely passionate and an absolute window expert not to mention a very patient man. Once we made the decision to go with CEO on this huge undertaking, everything went flawlessly. The site supervisor Dan and his lead worker Sammy were incredible! My wife and I both work and we had no concern what so ever allowing these folks in our home without us there. They were very courteous and meticulously got the job done. It is apparent that the team shares Steve’s passion for perfection. A pleasant bonus was I think they left the house cleaner than they found it. During our initial shopping process we consulted several different window companies and yes, there are «cheaper» options out there however you would be extremely hard pressed to find a more professional and passionate company than CEO. When it comes to my home, I don’t want to cut corners and I do believe that this is one area that «you get what you pay for». Their pride in workmanship, dedication to their craft, and attention to detail is refreshing.

Steve has been out to my property on multiple occasions for various projects, from the beautiful window replacements in our family room, to general contracting. He has always been straight forward, fair and honest in his assessments of improvements/​repairs needed. I really appreciate his approach and would recommend Steve and Custom Engineered Openings.

I definitely do not recomend this company! Steve came to my house with two of his new workers to replace the broken parts on one window! While instaling the part, they made hand prints on my newly painted walls and broke the part they were instaling. He blamed it on manufacturer and said they were sent defective part (like I have not watched them doing it and breaking it buy force!) so he exchanged the part from another window in the room and said they will come back when the new part comes. That was in late September! I caled him on but he has never showed up or sent the part that he took $ 250 for it !

We feel very honored to have the opportunity to work with Steve in replacing all of our existing 25-​yr-​old windows with new construction style triple pane windows. They are so breathtakingly beautiful that I actually did cry when the first ones were installed.
The meticulous craftsmanship is unmatched. Our home is transformed and includes fixed-​pane windows– as well as gorgeous swing-​out French doors, an amazing garden window, windows with bottom awning vents and even windows that slide and open both ways– and the screens pop out for easy cleanup– very cool !!!
The wood trim detailing that was also done to accompany these stunning windows is a work of art.
Besides the sheer beauty of these windows– the triple pane insulation keep our home sound proof as well as climate-​controlled. Before installation– we couldn’t sit in our dining room during the day in summertime because the heat from the window was so intense– now– no more heat !!!
