No. Just no. Staff is rude and the owner is rude. If I could give zero stars I would.

I went into this place for the first(and last) time to see what they had. I’m standing in front of the menu reading it trying to decide what to get, when some middle aged man comes out from the back. Not one word came out of his mouth, so I said«it’s my first time here, I’m not sure what to get». I was expecting him to help me out a bit but instead, he rolled his eyes at me, turned around and started doing something else. I wanted to support a local business, but after that I’d rather go to Starbucks since the prices were just as high… but Starbucks employees know how to treat their customers.

When I crave a cold smoothie, I would normally go to Teresitas off Palm Ave. I just moved to Chila Vista, block away from 3rd ave and decided to give this place a try. Normally I go for a simple strawberry smoothie but looking at their choice of smoothies I decided to pick something different. I ordered the Citric Pinch and it was perhaps the best smoothie I had. Maybe it was how hot the day was but either way I will come back often for that smoothie. Only down side is that they close at 8:30 but I guess everything in that area closes early.

It’s a small little coffee/bakery with smoothies to boot. There are several similar places along Third Avenue and this one is average.

It amazes me that some family business owners just don’t get it! The key to survival in a sea of corporate america is giving the customer exceptional service. Yet this owner seems to not have a clue; terrible customer service. Walked-in for a cup of coffee and the owner who was on-shift did not even bother to greet or smile at the customer but rather just proceeded to stare at me as if I had two heads on my shoulder. «Hi, how are you doing?» would have gone a long ways… I’ve been here a few other times and the other staff is not much different. By the way, the place was completely empty the day I visited; what a surprise. Will try to avoid this place in the future and instead look for coffee houses that make me feel welcome…

Not bad, will definitely come again. I had their cajeta frappé and it was good. They have wifi and its not entirely too busy, which is a plus. I will definitely come back again to study here. Hope the rest of their items are just as good because I am getting tired of Starbucks.

Great little spot with plenty of selections. Coffee is average but their Açai bowl was pretty good. Toppings include banana, pineapple, kiwii, blueberry, coconut flakes, granola and almond bits. Parking might be difficult to find.

Laura is the sweetest girl ever! I was at the café for about an hour and she greets everyone super friendly, remembers people’s orders, makes conversations with customers and is constantly doing something! Never on her phone, she always seemed on it! Great atmosphere, clean place, and good and creative drinks!

I ordered the Americano. It was worse than Starbucks! Bad, over roasted beans. Go elsewhere if you want good coffee.

This place is garbage! There so called famous Mexican mocha tastes like boiled water. I took one sip and threw it away. I went there on the morning of 8÷2÷14 and the girl working there was extremely rude, which is hypocritical because they play Christian music. Keep driving past this overpriced dump and go to caffe taxa.

As many reviews have already stated, the baristas could be a little friendlier. The few times I’ve gone in they seem to hate there jobs. Back to the actual food review though… I love acaí bowls, and consider myself a snob when it comes to how they are made. ONLY because I used to work at a location that served them and have had my share of researching on it. I’m assuming they just began selling these here, and I was only made aware because of the sign on the door. My pregnancy cravings kicked in and decided to give them I try. So, for $ 6.95 I think the size is small, or maybe the bowl should be changed to something a little wider? But I’m paying $ 7 dollars to get a good amount, don’t be greedy… I got an even amount of bananas and acai with a small scoop of blueberries. I don’t like coconut so asked for it without. As far as a change in attitude, and maybe changing there bowl size everything was over all alright. If probably only get my acaí craving satisfied here if I couldn’t go to any other location… But it’s not completely ruled out!

The prices are too high for the poor quality coffee served here. I ordered a cappuccino that tasted like somebody had boiled saliva & milk in the same pot together. There’s a 20 cent charge for card under a certain dollar limit which makes no sense if somebody wants a cup of coffee or a shot of espresso, because you’ll have to pay more. The wifi is great though, which is one of the main attributes to this location. Also the entry way smells like the toilet in the back. Go elsewhere for your coffee fix.

They have the best Mexican Mocha around, really hits the spot with one of their warm tamales.

The price isn’t bad at all. It’s a small coffee place, not good for big groups though. Great service — my friends and I were welcomed right away. Since it was our first time, the worker suggested a few drinks that we ended up ordering and I wasn’t disappointed! I ordered a green tea latte. It wasn’t what I expected, but it was still tasty. If you like ice cream cakes, this is the right drink for you. It’s also fun to bring playing cards which I did. We had a good visit as our first time and I’m sure we’ll be back!

This is a nice little place, the drinks are too sweet… so make sure ya tell em to lay it low on the sugar. They have wi-fi if you purchase something which is why I come to this place it is quite and when I need to work this is where I go!

Great tasting coffee drinks! Came here and got the Oreo frappé and the white mocha frappé. Perfectly sweet and they use Ghirardelli syrups. Good pricing and prompt service. Nice, clean place too.

Nice little place right next to Fuddruckers. It is small, but then it wasn’t crowded so it was enough room. Everything is nicely laid out and presented, and they had a good variety of coffee drinks and smoothies.
