I was referred to this Physical Therapy office in early January 2013 after having spine surgery the previous October(2012). I had an overall good experience with the practitioners here, the scheduling and location was convenient for me, and they accepted my PPO insurance. I finished up my PT services end of January 2013(the same month I started). Fast forward one year and eleven months to December 2014 and I get a random bill for $ 75 for three missed appointments during the course of my treatments here in January(2013). I understand the need to charge cancellation fees, and don’t deny that I missed three appointments that many months ago. I don’t understand billing me 23 months later. I called the billing department and was told that they just hired someone and audited the accounts and decided to bill me way after the fact. This seems like something that should have been handled when I was still an active patient, or at the closure of my treatment, or even shortly thereafter. I am feeling irritated by their poor account management. Make sure your bill is settled with them before you wrap up your treatment, or else you can expect to wonder if you will still be billed years later!

I love this place. Edward Ayubs physical therapy has such a good vibe and its family friendly. They’re are like family to me whenever I come to do my PT.
