Totally worth the far drive. Tried there new location on imperial wasnt to impressed. Maybe because there menu is not updated idk. But the truck tops them all. Yum. Yum. Tosticeviche is my fave.

Wasn’t impressed, got a mango loco… It comes covered in a tamirand/lucas mix, but it still had the skin on it! Probably gonna try something else to give it another shot…

We’ve been here a few times, the food truck looks clean, service is great, the menu is nothing but botanas(snacks). If you like chamoy, fruit, and chili powder. Look no further. It’s delicious!

Tosti ceviche is the best! I love Tostilocos but this place definetly tops them with this. The shrimp is so great and just the right amount of everything. The Fresas con crema is great too.

If you go here expect to wait 45 minutes for your order. We drove over 30 minutes to get here. When we arrived it wasn’t busy. Put in our order for a Sandia Loco and tostilocos. First they didn’t have change for a $ 20 no big deal went into gas station and got change. After 40 minutes of waiting I asked where my order was and the lady told me what did you order again. I tell her and she said almost ready. In the meantime people that came 20 minutes after me we’re getting there orders. I asked again she gives me my tostilocos and said the Sandia is almost ready. Then another 5 minutes and she decides to tell me there were no more Sandia. Of course not because you gave them away to others that ordered after me! I was so annoyed I got my money back and left. You guys have NO system for taking orders and keeping track of them. I was not the only one that waited that long others were complaining too. People were getting out of line leaving. You guys need to get it together and under control before rather than face booking pictures of products you don’t even have. This was a complete waste of my time and gas money!

The neighborhood has been flocking here recently so I decided to head to my old stomping grounds and give it a try. The truck is located at the Optimart gas station on Orange &3rd. First advice, do not park near the store. They don’t like that and will ask you to move your car closer to the truck. It happened to me. It was pretty annoying since there are no signs saying you can’t park there! They have a variety of «loco» concoctions. The basics: mixed fruit with a combination of cucumber, jicama, pickled pork skins, Japanese peanuts, tamarind stick, lemon, chamoy and hot sauce. They have watermelon, pineapples, apples, coconuts and mangoes like this. They also have the traditional Tosilocos and Churroslocos. I decided to go with something a little more different and order a Coco Loco with Aguachile. It’s supposed to be raw shrimp marinaded in lemon juice and different chiles with cucumber and red onions topped with avocado. They put this inside the coconut. It was ok. I think they used precooked shrimp so the flavor didn’t soak in. The coconut was nice and tender and it have it a different taste. Next time I’ll stick with something more traditional.
