Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This place is my go to car rental place for weekend getaways. I can depend on this facility to give me what I am looking for. Always great customer service from Andrew. He is consistently professional and personable. Rates are good, no wait time when reserved ahead of time.

I rented a van to go up to San Jose for the weekend from this enterprise and my experience was nothing less than phenomenal! 5 stars to Andrew for efficient, professional and friendly service. I would recommend using this branch to anyone. Keep up the good work Andrew and Carlos!

Awesome professional customer service. They set the standard on car rental customer service! I had a pleasant, stress free experience. They even upgraded my car for free. Good job Andrew and Carlos!

Initially this reservation started out all in order. Due to an oversight I had to leave the facility and return in the afternoon to get the car. Their policies have changed in regards To billing since the last time I reserved through enterprise. I called for a pickup once everything was in order and I had to wait an hour and a half before being picked up. I was told that «The driver should be pulling up any minute now» twice within a 35 – 45 minute window. It was almost 5pm before I got back to the facility after calling at 3pm for a pickup.
After all was said and done they made it right by offering a free upgrade for the inconvenience. I really appreciated the effort in doing that.

I have nothing but great things to say about the guys at Enterprise on Main Street. I’ve been renting from them for the past three or four years, several times per month. Each time they go above and beyond to be helpful. Kirk especially, the manager, is a pleasure to deal with. Everyone seems to be great with customer service. Because I’ve been renting from them for so long, it feels like I go to see friends when I walk in.
Enterprise does a great job with training and it shows. I would highly recommend the Main Street location.

Our experience at this place went well.
I will say I didn’t like that it was in a Toyota dealership. First, we had trouble finding it. We had to ask the dealership guys where it was, and I hate talking to sales guys when I don’t have to (sorry sales guys).
There was also not much parking. I think we parked in a spot where new cars for the dealership are supposed to be parked. Woops.
So the location minuses a star for me.
The people there were very friendly. Everything met expectations. I will say they seemed very by the book /​strict here. We’ve previously rented cars from Avis down on L St, and they could not care less about anything really lol super chill place. This place I could tell was going to be real sticklers about marks on the car, cleanliness inside, gas tank, mileage, etc. We keep the rentals very nice so we had no issues, but the whole time on our trip I was worried about something marking it up!

This is probably my 3^rd or 4^th time renting from here and I have not had a problem with any part of their service. From booking, checking in, rental return, and the drop-​off service! It’s all great!.. even the price :) this place is by the Toyota dealership and is not a big office, but the reps (Holly, Dan, & Andrew) are quick to get you in and out, with of course NO attitude that’s pretty rare to find in any businesses now-​a-​days! Thank you Chula Vista Enterprise team!

I love going to this location. Holly, Andrew, & Dan are wonderful and very helpful. The customer service is definitely a 10 here! I’m always in and out and there’s never a wait. It’s also the best smelling location I’ve ever been too :)…way to go Holly! I’d recommend them to all of my friends and family and will definitely be back. *Side Not– park as close as you can to the Enterprise office so the dealership guys don’t hound you lol.

This Enterprise on Main Street sucks. They don’t accept debit visa which the Manager told me when she called and left message on my voice mail that reminded me that I t need major credit card which I saved her voice mail and she did not said that. Sucks! Costumer service that manager need to be more pleasant when talks to the customers. Never to come back to that car rental again.

My services will be a must return for future travels and can be sure to spread the Enterprise business in Chula Vista name to everyone I know.

The customer service rep that I worked with is Jayson. He was very professional, understanding, personable, and accomodating. On Wednesday, May 2^nd, I rented the Nissan Versa. I wasn’t too pleased with the vehicle, and today, Jayson, was able to change out the rental for me, and I got a Mazda 3 without a problem. He is someone I definitely would like to work with again, should I ever need to rent a vehicle. By the way, I am not sure when they moved from across the street into the Toyota dealership, but it was fairly recent from what I am told.
