Federico G Drachenberg, DDS

I have been a patient of Dr. Drachenberg for well over 15-​years. At 68-​years old, I have had many dentist and Dr. Drachenberg is the best. I have always hated dental appointments, however, Dr. Drachenberg’s gentleness and light hands when working on my teeth, definitely make the «dreaded dental appointment» bearable. His concern for patient comfort goes far beyond any dentist I have ever had. But most import, he knows what he’s doing. Everyone who works there is quite pleasant and all costs are discussed beforehand so there is no surprise. In addition to being a great dentist, you will also be totally impressed with the sophisticated interior design of the office. I still am every time I walk into the office.

I just moved to Eastlake this week and during my move I broke a back tooth. I reached out to a group of locals on facebook and more than half immediately recommend dr Fredrico as the dentist to go to for my emergency! I called and was able to get in same day and the staff was amazing! I first walked in and the office is beautiful! It’s like I felt pampered while being at the dentist! I had my 7 year old daughter with me and the staff was great. They included her into the process of while I was getting X-​rays they made her feel involved. which I Loved! Then when I met the dr he was very patient and extremely gentle. He numbed me up real good and was very attentive. I hardly even felt the pinch from the needles. I booked to go back in 2 weeks for my routine exam and to see about getting my wisdom teeth removed! Will absolutely recommended to ANYONE I know in the area looking for a dentist!

After I had a horrible experience with an unprofessional dentist, Dr. Drachenberg was just the type of dentist I needed. Very professional, caring, and most importantly honest! He was straight up with the type of treatment I needed. He didn’t try to sell me unneeded dental services like some unscrupulous dentists would. His offices are extremely clean. They explain payment and policies up front with you. No hidden fees or surprises. I would strongly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Drachenberg claims to be a family dentist, but he has a terrible bedside manner! I took my 6 yr old daughter in for a cavity filling. She was scared and had a hard time keeping quiet (nothing loud, just moaning). He would not let her watch the tv because she was «not being good» and staying quiet. While he was drilling on her teeth he told her to remember this the next time you eat candy, He also told her to stay quiet because she was scaring the other patients… not ever once calming her fears and making her feel at ease! All he did was completely scare her and make her fear the dentist. Do not be fooled by the pretty office… Dr. Drachenberg has no personable bedside manner with children!

I like Dr. Drachenberg, he is honest and caring, but I am not crazy about the staff. We have had booking issues such as them trying to reschedule 30 minutes before the appointment or having a long wait. I will continue to see him just because the quality of the doctor’s care.
