This location does not have the selection that some others do. I will definitely go to the plaza Bonita store next time.

Was literally the first footlocker where no one asked me if I needed assistance. They looked as if they were moving to avoid helping me.
Then we went next door where I was complaining loud enough for the employees to hear, but of course NO HELP.
With customer service this bad no wonder this mall is dying… sad.

All I have to say is that the manager, Christian was absolutely amazing at handling my specific situation where I ordered shoes through him and the order was messed up on the shipping end. He did everything he could to get me the shoes I was looking for in a very professional manner! His customer service was top notch and managers should take notes from him! In the future I will travel past 2 footlockers in my area to come to this store! Whoever reads this please visit this store Christian’s crew is honest and will for sure help you out!

Ok, So i go in to purchase some shoe’s, while waiting in line the guest in front of me was trying to do an exchange but the sale’s associate had a little problem, when he asked the other girl working there she could have been the night supervisor or just training him, she was extremely rude to him telling him he is stupid in front of guest and she told a guest that he has no idea what he is doing. I hope she wasn’t a supervisor because she is a disgrace to FootLockers Name. I was so disgusted in her language i walked out and didn’t even purchase the items i chose. This woman looked very dirty, her hair was not brushed and her clothes were just awful. This poor guy stood quite while she was raising her hands in the air at him. I hope she has some kind of consequence for these actions !! I would like to feel good while im shopping. Not uncomfortable !
