Second time here and in convinced not to go back. First time I got a clamato. It was delicious! However it made my stomach upset for a while … And well second time I got something different. I got a chicken breast torta… The bread and veggies very fresh but not the chicken. Tasted like a frozen patty that had been thawed out in a microwave and I’m almost sure even warmed in the microwave. Sorry but I’m not impressed at all. I’m sure for fruit it must be okay but not for anything else :(

First time coming here and it was a pretty good experience. I got the turkey torta and green juice Smoothie. The Smoothie was super yummy. You can see the lady behind the counter chopping all the fruit and making the Smoothie fresh. The torta was good, the bread was delicious. The tomato was under ripe and not very good but that’s the only thing that I disliked about it. Definitely recommend the green juice though!

I love this place. Everything is always so fresh and delicious! I’m a picky eater and I always order the turkey torta. Hmmmm so yummy! Smoothies are delicious as well.

Awesome pricing and good fruit cocktails and tortas, the only thing is that every time I go it’s super hot in there other than that pretty cool.

My favorite favorite place for fruit salads! I tried any places but this one is the best! They do not put apple or pests in their fruit salad which is why I love them. Plus the fruit is cut into perfect sizes and is very good quality fruit. The service is not that good though that’s the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars

Large and very tasty $ 4 Torta. Quite possibly the best deal in town! Tuna, Avocado, Romaine Lettuce and Tomato and Mayo on a toasted Torta bun.
I also opted for the $ 6.75 Fruit Salad with Cottage Cheese and honey.
This is also a very good deal with lots of Mango, Strawberry, Watermelon, Banana, Honeydew Melon and Cantaloupe.
I’ll be back for sure to try more from the menu!

Poor customer service I had called the other day to ask what time they closed. I had enough time to go and get some food. It was 10 minutes before closing ad as I walked in the door their was two men and one lady behind the counter. One of the men yell to me «we are closed!!!» Like wow do they threat all customers like this? And do they closed before the time they have posted? I like this place until that day.

Fresh fruit makes me a happy camper! Fresh fruit with Mexican toppings makes me even happier! I just love that they have places like this where you can be as healthy or unhealthy as you want to be. The tortas are good as well. Come here if you’re craving something fresh and tasty!

love their tortas de lomo are great and their fresh frut waters are amzing the frut allways seems to b fresh and at season you got to try it for your self its my bets place to grab a torta.

$ 4 got me a large cup with two large mangoes cut inro slices, covered with fresh-​squeezed lime juice, and a nice sprinkling of chili powder — and on a warm day like today, it was perfect.
I’ll be back to explore the rest of the offerings here — absolutely!

La Fresca’s fruit salads are amazing! Essentially, their fruit salads consist of the fruits of your choice served with cottage cheese and honey. Simple, but delicious! Their fruit selection is wide and everything is fresh and ripe to perfection.
Also, they have sandwiches. I tried the tuna way back before my vegetarian days started, and I thought it was pretty good.
If you’re ever in Chula Vista and you want something sweet, try La Fresca!
