Legacy Digital Graphics

We have used this company for sometime now and we had a recent time critical situation where Legacy dropped the ball.

I needed to order a banner for my farmers market booth and needed it to be done within a week. Legacy Digital Graphics made sure to have it finished in the short amount of time that was given and they did I wonderful job! The staff was very nice and responded quickly via email. Thank you so much!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Did really good basic design work for me. Gave me discounts on products I had inquired about even though the ‘sale period’ had passed. Very timely when pressed with followups. A bit more pricey that what is available for straight up printing, but for the extra value they add to someone new to the world of printing stuff, totally worth it

This place was recommended to me to have our softball pennants printed. I called and the girl who tries to disguise her rudeness with a bubbly voice «helping» me tried to make me feel like an idiot because I was unclear what kind of proof she needed for the pennants. I’m sorry but the reason you work there and I don’t is because my chosen profession has nothing to do with graphic design. That’s why in this case, I’m the customer and you’re supposed to be the expert not me! You’re paid to know this stuff and I pay you so that I do not have to! Isn’t that how it works?! Anyway I let it slide and gave her my email address to which she said she’d send a quote. I’ve gotten NOTHING. Perhaps she should be as particular about her customer service skills as she is about trying to sound superior.
