Went to get a sweet sixteen dress for my daughter with only 4 months till the party. They were very helpful. Lady at the counter helped us find a dress in the exact color and style that my daughter wanted. She made sure it was from a company that would have it ready in time. She had my daughter try on a similar dress to make sure she liked the style. Both ladies working were friendly and helpful. We were able to pay half of the cost and cover the rest with payments.

I came here with my mother yesterday on our search for bridesmaid dresses and a wedding gown. We stopped in here around 12:30pm.
The lady came to open the door for us, so I am assuming that she was coming back from lunch. We told her we were just browsing so she said to just call her if we needed help and quickly went to a different room. It was just my mother and I in there looking around. There are very few wedding gowns here, everything else is in catalogs. I really did not like this because photos can be deceiving. I like to see a physical product before committing to purchase, especially if I am going to be buying a wedding gown. I understand this may not be a problem for some, but I am a person who will pay the extra dollar for quality.
There seemed to be more prom and quinceñera dresses here. I am guessing that they sell more of these types of dresses than wedding gowns. I really did not like any of the selection for bridesmaids, as a lot of it wasn’t very tasteful.
4 stars for the prom and quinceñera dress selections. I would’ve given 5 if that had a better and wider selection of wedding & bridesmaid gowns.

This bridal shop is well established and has connections for everything, Its much more then great dresses and accessories — wedding (event) planners, flowers, restaurants, catering, photographers– its a one stop shop, don’t be shy — tell them all of your plans, I do not think they offer advice unless you ask for it.

Poor service and poor dress selection. This store is not worth checking out.

Beware! Bad customer service will be had if you go to Lili’s. sad, but true…
My daughter and I were looking for a prom dress. We went into Lili’s expecting a great selection and much better service… I was disappointed at how we were treated/​ignored.
We were approached and told the selection was low because of previous week of prom shoppers, but to still look around and when we were ready, she had a couple dresses in the back for her to try on.
she also offered to measure, so my daughter could possibly order out of a catalog if need be.
That employee disappeared and never came back… they had 3 employees all over this girl and her Quinceanera dress. I tried to get her attention, but kept being told to hold on or completely ignored.
Needless to say, I was very put off at the service and will not go back!

We had had it with Quincera dress shopping and ran into this place after being frustrated with the service at Little Kid Wear. (horrible). We stopped in here for one last effort of the day. Wow Gigi and Ana were amazing. My daughter tried on many dresses but fell in love with the first one which was a wedding dress. They took out a pin cushion and began to make this the most amazing custom dress for my daughter. I have to say they went over and beyond. This is the place to go for great service and truly an eye for fashion. My hats off to Ana and Gigi!
