Waited too long before anyone tried to help. After asking again 45min after. Ladies spoke in Vietnamese for a while and said they weren’t sure if they would be sble to help me. I asked politely again amd told them I had called before and asked if they would see me and they said yes. They still said «well we have to see.» I came back so they can fix a job from the day before.
I am still waiting for them to fix up their work. I will not return again.

I love this place!!! I had the fruit pedicure and it was amazing. I only go here to get my nails done. they also have a massage place that I want try out. Me and my bf really enjoyed getting our feet rubbed

Acrylic nails– don’t bother they all popped off within the week. Uneven, thick and a waste of money. I’ve gotten them done by several of the employees and maybe once they came out okay. The odds are not in your favor.
Pedicure– decent for the price. Nothing special.
Facial– just don’t do it. My skin looked horrible after. I was red and swollen. I got the pore treatment and she basically picked at blackheads painfully until I had tears in my eyes and told her to stop. Never doing that again.
Waxing– I’ve only done my eyebrows and lip here and for the price they do a great job.

If you’re looking for pain and cut fingers then this is your place! The guy who was doing my nails was overly rough. You’d think he was trying to saw through my fingers or something. Not to mention the alcohol he poured over the raw and bleeding parts of my skin before he scrubbed it in nice and hard with a rough towel… I have scabs on 7 of my fingers around my cuticles along with really boxy looking acrylic nails that seem to get wider at the tips. I will never return to this place.

The service here is always on point. They take good care of their clients and staff. I’ve been comin to Lisa since I was a little girl with my mom. Now as a mom I bring my little girl too. Ive been to other so call day spas and they cant come close to comparing to this place.

I was never asked which pedicure I wanted. The lady doing my pedicure had to be asked to change her gloves after dipping her hands in another customer’s water. The manicure was good and the gel nails turned out ok. Don’t think I’ll come back.

A friend of mine recommended this place to me. After I told her how my appointment went, she said she will not be going back.
I went here for a massage and facial. The massage was just okay.
The facial was absolutely horrendous! The lady was not paying attention to what she was doing and kept getting the product in my eyes, and mouth. To top it all off, she kept answering calls on her cell phone. Isn’t that illegal?
I had to call twice to speak with the owner and the best she could offer was for me to come back in and she would do the facial herself. Really? I really just wanted my money back ! I do not want to ever set foot in that place again!
I will definitely be reporting this establishment to the state board.

These ladies are awesome! My regular nail lady is off to vietnam for 2 months and that was 6 months ago! Lol
They will usually say that when someone has left them to work elsewhere this way they still have a chance to keep your business. Ha ;) crafty little nips! It worked and still going there.
Helen and Vivian are the best! The place is super clean, they have a good selection of OPI colors. They know I am super picky when it comes to my pedicure/​manicure and always do a great job. Vivian said «oh we so nervous work on you because you so picky but we do good job you tip well and we love you» Lol
The owner increased the prices by nearly $ 8. Uh heller you can raise prices but lets try maybe $ 1 – 3 at the most at any given time. Smh
