McDonald’s

I enjoy this location because it is convenient and the service is pretty quick. The restaurant is clean on the inside and has pretty nice customer service. The ladies that have helped us up front have always been nice and have been quick to bring out our order to our table. The restaurant is fairly clean on the inside and outside.
Whenever we use the drive-​thru, it has been pretty quick and the customer service has been decent.
The food is like most fast food places, but unlike other McDonald’s the food isn’t so greasy and tastes fresher.
I would recommend coming her for the convenience and pretty decent fast food.

So the one star is only because I love McDonald’s so much ! This location closes their lobby at 12 and I strolled in at around 1145 (my badddd) the boyfriend was reallyyyy craving mcdonalds so gotta makem happy ! As soon as we got to the counter you could tell that the cashier (whom I believe is actually a manager as well) was annoyed that we were there. I get it you want to close the lobby but you are in customer service so put a smile on it and deal with it ! I can say that because I myself am a restaurant manager) ;) we ordered waited the avg 4 minutes for the food and to my surprise even when I said eating In I got it in a to go bag. how freaking rude is that ?? I mean could it have been any more clear that my business wasn’t wanted in their establishment? It’s cool I won’t come back trust me. I’m sure another franchisee would like my business. I asked her if I could grab a tray that was next to my bagged up meal and she was half an eye roll away from saying no but was able to throw in a horrible «well we close in ten minutes «I literally asked her … So is that a yes or a no? And just grabbed the tray and sat down. Sad to say this was NOT the worst of it ! The boyfriend opens his sand which wrapper and he finds a long light brown hair right on top. We’re seriously not one bit grossed out nor mad about the hair. Seriously shit happens we get it we work in the food industry the part that gets us or really I should say me upset is that I brought this to the attention to manager who was right there. I told her «seriously we don’t want to make a big deal about this but just so that you know we found a hair in our burger. Ok as a professional good service manager no matter how nice your guest is about the situation you DONT just say «ok» and act as the situation didn’t happen ! The lady could have offered me the whole restaurant and I would have said «no thank you «I don’t want anything for free but I want you to at least PRETEND that you care. So. Long story short one star for horrible customer service. If you read my reviews you can see I’m not a person who complains all the time in fact it’s quite the opposite I praise all the time but here was not one person here who cared. At ALL.

Beware of The Super Salty Double Cheeseburgers especially if you want a late night fix. I don’t know if the meat is on the verge of spoiling and this extends the shelf life, not properly wiping down the grill NO IDEA.
Asking for fries with no salt results in, the double frying of old fries being passed off as fresh fries a new specialty of McDonald’s nowadays. However, no commercials have been on TV advertising this new item no matter who’s working after 10:30 p.m. harden, darken and double fried old fries AGAIN BEWARE. If you’re not starving or in a hurry, go inside and make sure you order is prepared correctly. Short on time, can’t be bothered to check your order. Do not be surprised when Mc Crap is handed out that window, you get home and promptly lose your well you know ladies and gentlemen.

Just got home after ordering some pancakes and there was no syrup! Can’t believe they can’t get a simple order right. So annoyed.

The food was as you would expect for McDonalds. Okay. The service was strange. There were two young ladies working the counter. They must have been new because no one was in line but us and they just stood there. Until one of the supervisors told them to weight on us.
For some reason they changed the format of their menu. Could not figure it out. They had a cheat sheet on the counter, that helped. Probably need to rework this.

I’m extremely disappointed tonight after a trip to this location. I frequent this place at least once a day and have for years! After waiting in line for at least 10 – 12 minutes and then sitting at the window with no acknowledgement except to ask me what my order was. When I finally get my Large Coke it ended up being super flat! No carbonation whatsoever. So I drove around, parked and had to drag my 4mo old out of the car to go inside and get a new Coke. After I told an employee and showed my frustration, he says he’s going to check the machines. He is gone for 3 mins and no one else is asking if they can help me. I just wanted a new Coke! Manager comes over and I repeat everything and he says «let me go check the machines.» I just want a cup! He handed it to me and I helped myself at the lobby fountain and as I walked out told him that the machine is working. I got no responses. No Thank you! No sorry! No your welcome! So so annoying! Just a darn Coke!

So, I will keep it short. We all know what to expect from this franchise. What I did not expect though was straw wrappers in my food.
That’s a pretty good LOLJK prank unless you’re just about anyone who expects any level of sanitary food handling practices to be present at McDonalds.
Sweet and sour sauce is on point though.
Never going back to this ratchet ass place!

What can I say about McDonald’s. It is your standard fast food joint. I remember growing up eating Big Mac’s and their delicious French fries. My dad used to take me to the one in IB which is now under construction. My favorite food item is the chicken nuggets with the bbq sauce and our course the infamous French fries.
Anyway, this location has a play area for kids. My daughter loves playing with the other kids. This location is somewhat clean. Tables in the play area have not been cleaned off. Service is fast with the food.
I guess we will be going to this location until the one in IB is completed. I miss having a McDonald’s nearby. Until then, this location will have to do. Plenty of parking is around this location.

Worst McDonald’s ever! I’m not the type to complain about service but tonight was the second time I went there just to get s sundae and was treated horribly. The first time which was a couple of weeks ago I walked in and when I stood there no one greeted me, said they would be right with me nothing. Oh and I was the only person (customer) in the whole place. So after I went and used the restroom did I stood at the counter for another five minutes before someone helped me. I then proceeded to order a mc flurry. The guy (younger late teens early twenties) charged me and gave me a receipt. I then stood there for another five minutes while I watched them talking cleaning and not making my ice cream. Then another guy says hey to the other guy we don’t have ice cream and comes up the counter and apologizes, then they didn’t have any other desserts ie cookies or Apple pies. So they just had to refund me my money and I was just like okay and walked out. Yeah I was kinda mad but I didn’t sweat it. But then tonight I go through the drive through and I order a Sunday with hot fudge and strawberry. Well as I am sitting at the window after paying I can see the guy clear as day making my Sunday he pours in ice cream then strawberry then as he goes to pump the chocolate a small squirt fell then it was empty. He brings it to the window and I ask him if there if chocolate and he says «yeah i gave you some» and I said well can I please have more I was charged for the double topping. (Which i don’t mind being charged that’s why I order it that way.) And he says «Well, I gave you some» then proceeds to walk away to put more chocolate. I then tel him it’s fine you can give it to me like that I don’t want to have to argue with you. And he then snaps back and says «I’m not arguing with you I was getting more chocolate!» I was so appalled at how I was treated I just drove off. Like really get it together.

Ok I should of trust my GUT feeling & know better then to order something with Chorizo in a WHITE establishment especially McDonald’s! Well now I know & my stomach & ass will pay for it & my toilet will hate me! I ordered the chorizo Breakfast burrito & it was a mistake! I should of known that Ronald knows nothing bout that Chorizo life, well lesson learned I’ll never get it again!
I usually never eat here (I use to be a manager at a Mcdanold’s when I was young for a few years so I’m tired of the food) I only get the fountain coke if I go or get nuggets if I have the munchies. But my kids love it here so every once in awhile I come for my kids & this one time I got brave & ordered the Chorizo burrito, I’ll never be brave again at a McDonald’s. This place is clean tho & for the most part the service is good when I do come. If you want fresh fries ask for fries with NO SALT, then ask for a salt packet at the window :) they hate that ha! But hey you get fresh fries.

Worst McDonald’s ever!!! So unorganized, dysfunctional leadership and lack of leadership!!!

Double drive through is cool. Yes it can cause some confusion with orders when it’s really busy, but overall customer service has always been good to me. My kids love it here, I love it here. Husband hates it but it’s 3 against 1 :)

This mcdonalds has the worst service not only did they screw up the order through the screen we then waited in the parking lot for our food got home and realized they didn’t even gives us all the food we paid for absolutely ridiculous I don’t recommend getting drive through at this location they will more than likely screw up your order and jip you on your food.

I don’t always take my kids for fast food but once in awhile I surprise them with a trip to McDonalds, or Wendy’s. This time I kinda pigged out myself, with chicken nuggets a McFlurry and some fry’s. I’m so bad! But I’m in no diet also so I let my self have this once every few months. I have to say… for a Not so much ice cream lover, I love the Oreo McFlurry.

This review is just for coffee and new pastries as well as the strawberry and cream which is long gone and now the peaches and cream pie. I have a really bad sweet tooth and I love coffee. I really enjoyed these petite pastries especially the one with cream cheese. I rather pay 1.29 with my coffee then pull out a lousy 7 bucks at Starbucks whose coffee is definitely not my taste.

Today they receive 1 star because my fries were barely cooked :(I drove back around and they have me new ones. By new ones I mean from a new batch but they were still horrible.

When I went in today the girl in the first window was in a bad mood and came out kinda rude. Than when I got my order it was wrong. I understand it is a fast pace food place but you don’t want pissed off customers because they why the wrong item. No more coming here for me.

Seriously waited 20 minutes for 2 Big Macs and 2 fries while several other people who came in after us got their orders. Ok, no problem. Except, when brought to the manager’s attention, when asking how much longer it might take for the order, instead of any type of apology all we get is a curt «so what, you don’t want your order then?»
Poor customer service.
A simple «I’m sorry for the wait, it’ll just be (x) minutes longer» would’ve been nice, but no. Just a dismissive «so do you not want your order then?»

It’s McDonald’s…what do you expect :)
They never get my order wrong. They are super fast. I’m in and out within minutes.
No complaints…

This is the only McDonald’s I’ll go to from now on!
They actually gave me a Big Mac that looked exactly like the picture! They also have a very friendly staff
