Worst McDonald’s ever!!! Customer service sucks, they don’t understand English. They don’t care about how they put together your order, it looks like they did it with their hands tied behind their back. It’s a pathetic McDonald’s… It’s actually sad really.

Ugh these people here are complete morons!!! Not once have they ever gotten my order correct. All the employees only speak spanish, maybe thats the problem. There seems to be a language barrier because they dont understand simple english. I refuse to go back to this place ever again, and actually never going back to any mcdonalds because they dont give you the option of ordering small size meals!!! You are forced to spend more money by getting a medium or large, or having to buy everything a la carte… so i declined and got nothing… never spending my money at mcdonalds ever again!

They really need to have a employee at the window who can speak English I had a hard time trying to understand Spanish other then that it’s good McDonald’s they aren’t anal about extra sauce.

Waited 20 mim on the damn drive thru to just get a smoothie that was already melted when i got to the window. The employee didn’t even apologized for the wait. Definitely not coming back

The service here is incredible. I understand you want to be cheap by charging full price for drinks instead of the 1 dollar promotional deal. But to have no refill station at all. I only ordered 2 large diet cokes… Waited about 10 minutes. Just for the guy behind the counter to put my cups under the fountain and press a button. Mean time the other cashier at the 5 minute wait time asked, have you been helped? We said yes, only waiting on 2 sodas. She said ok and just stood there, like I was her manager and she developed stage freight.
And they want 15 dollars an hour?
I’m a school teacher and I only get 14 an hour.
So no you do not deserve that 15 dollars.

This, place is horrible. Can’t get anything right. How hard is an order of cookies to get right? Because of their incompetent the rest of our food got cold. It took this girl who was not even in uniform almost five minutes before she could correct my order, and charge me for the food that she did not give to me. I honestly do not know how a single store can the host of such slow, incompetent, and frankly stupid collection of individuals. If this wasn’t the closest store to me, I would never go here again.

Haha! And you guys want $ 15 per hour? Fast food my butt. Sat at the drive thru for a good 5 – 10 mins before being helped. Had to repeat my order a couple of times. Could of drove off with my order without paying cause I got my order before paying. Waited another couple mins before they realized I was still sitting there to pay, I should of just drove off. Ever smelt burnt coffee? If not go to this one and you will.

I just bought a chicken sandwich and either the tomato or mayo were spoiled. I had to throw it away. I will not be going back to that McDonald’s plus their customer service is terrible.

Came here Friday night ⁷⁄₂₄ and the employees where terrible. They made me wait in line for 10 minutes to tell me they didn’t have what I ordered. Their manager didn’t even want to talk to me to explain the problem. The girls there where cursing in front of my kids and it was just a terrible experience with terrible management and service. Keep paying them minimum wage.

McDonald’s… whats there to say… in illiterate ass employees. Kids eveywhere. Long lines. Ppl everywhere. Burgers are the same tasting as any other. but my kids love mickey d’s soo ill keep bringing em!

Messed up my order in five different ways.
I ordered a sausage McMuffin and they asked if I wanted egg on it, I said no. They charged me a sausage egg McMuffin with no egg, which is two dollars more than the variant with no egg already. When I asked about it, they acted like I was daft. Finally got my two dollars back and asked if I could have a buttermilk ranch and they asked for $.27 per. Nothing I hate more than the concept of nickel and diming.
I have been overcharged in the past by multiple establishments and it usually ends in an apology or «sorry food» (small fries, etc.) — not attitude and condescension.
Do not go here, go to Jack right around the corner.

Been going here for like ten years because it’s close to home, and close to work. I hate it… There are always long lines, they take for ever to get your order. I’ve complained but nothing changes. I use to go there to get my coffee in my lunch break, it took them always 20 minutes to get my order and give me my plain coffee =/​They always have a lot of people working, but they don’t do anything, it doesn’t change the speed. And, every 3 in 5 time I go they get my order wrong. This is how it is any time of the day…

This McDonald’s can go burn in hell. It’s a new McDonald’s, but same old washed up non-​customer service MickeyD skill tactics, same old rude ass dumb people, and loud, unattended, nerve racking, rambunctious kids in the Playhouse. Came here on August 24^th to take advantage of the free coffee that McDonald’s was promoting on commercials on television. The employee, once he realized that I only was going to order coffee, his demeanor changed to rudeness, and shoved me aside like I was freeloading him, his employees, the McDonald’s and the entire franchise, and that one free cup of coffee was going to destroy McDonald’s, McDonald’s was going to goooo downnn!!! BAWWWWL! This happened again on August 25^th, same employee and everything! He was being greedy right down to the amount of sugar and creamer he was giving me. I really thought McDonald’s employees had more self-​dignity than trying to be stingy with coffee creamer and sugar. Also, some kid climbed on top of the playground. His DAD didn’t say, or do anything, so I notified a McDonald’s employee, and she promptly reacted telling the kid to get down. So, there is a star there for that employee. Place still fucking sucks though.

I go to this McDonalds in the morning for breakfast only because it’s by work. but everytime I order a McGriddle it’s hard as a rock! Matter of fact so are the Egg Mcmuffins. They need to check the cook cause all they do is burn their food. My oatmeal was pretty liquidy too, not how I’ve received it at other locations. Only reason I’m giving them 1 star is because Unilocal requires it and because for the most part the employees are always polite and courteous. In this case I’d prefer good tasting food over customer service. Yes it looks nice and brand new but their food SUCKS

Update… they made an entire reface on the entire building, inside and out. First thing, it’s clean and new.
Things I didn’t like:
–No soda machine at front, so no refill to get by yourself.
–Men’s bathroom… I hate waterless Urinals! Also, Hot Air Dryer blows straight back at you and not to the floor, I had to quickly adjust nozzle to the side.
–Kids indoor playground. Ok, no shoes, I agree, but now this place you MUST wear socks. No socks, they sell at sales counter!!!
–Still, I thought we will go inside to get orders correct, even in the past with this location it was a problem. Well, still the same. We asked for Diet Coke, we got regular Coke. We asked for sauce with my daughter’s chicken nuggets, they also forgot this.

Going through drive thru takes forever! This is called fast food!!!

This Mcdonalds Fawkin Sucks… infact if you were to compare the taste of shit and thier food, shit would win… also who ever thought it was a good idea to put someone who cant speak english to run the drive thru should fly a kite on the freeway… the intercom is bad enough. on top of that i had them repeat the order back to me and find out i still had shit missing and they even threw in shit i didnt even order… NEVER AGAIN AM I COMING TO THIS MCDONALDS.
