Attentive staff and beautiful office. Danielle is especially wonderful and supportive. She celebrated my successes and when I’d get off track, she’d know just how to inspire me. Danielle showed me how it’s about a balanced healthy lifestyle, not just losing weight, and gave me the tools to carry that out.

This is a great program. Awesome people at the Chula Vista location. Meeting Danielle on a weekly basis helps with accountability and she is also encouraging when I am losing or not losing weight.

I love medifast! The location in Chula Vista is awesome and the women who work there are all so knowledgeable and very friendly people. I was a bit skeptical at first and reluctant to go check it out because I feared it was going to be like anything else that is sold to you, but it was a completely different experience. I went in to ask for information and I never felt like they were pushing me to do anything. When I asked for some time to think about it they were fine with that and didn’t do any of those tactics or gimmicks to get me to sign up right then and there.
The day I signed up, has been the best day because I’m not exaggerating when I say that I have been losing weight every day since I signed up. I am now down 30 lbs and I joined in late Januaray (it’s now mid-​April). My goal is 50 and after you reach your goal you get a whole year of nutrition training and guidance so that you can stay at that weight forever! Every week when I go into see my counselor Marcella it is truly fun! She is so happy and bubbly and has so much knowledge and passion for food and nutrition as a source of fuel and energy for your body. But I can truly say that everyone is very knowledgeable because I have had experiences with other peopel and I have overheard the counselors exchanging ideas and knowledge to help their clients reach their goals. It’s really cool what a helpful environment it is there!
I think that the program itself is really doable! I work and go to school full time and this is a big reason why I sought this program out. I was gaining and gaining from all the stress and work and all I was doing was eating out or not eating at all as I ran from work to school to home. With Medifast you eat 5 of their meals and one of your own homemade «lean and green» meals. The meals to pick from are all good! Of course everyone has their favorites, for me its the shakes, bars, brownies, mashed potatoes and ziti pasta! But there is tons of choices to pick from and if you buy a box of something and don’t like it, you can trade with other people at their office. It’s always a win-​win situation.
It’s exciting to go in every week and see that you have lost another 1 – 2 lbs. It feels like a good pace. I do not feel hungry and I am always prepared with food to eat every 2 – 3 hours.
I think that if you are thinking about it, there is no harm in going in and meeting the crew who do a wonderful job in Chula Vista. And tell them that Jennifer sent you!

Decided enough was enough and had to get the pregnancy weight off. My daughter was turning two and I just couldn’t shake off the last 25lbs. My husband suggested I try Medifast instead of the other diet centers since he knew quite a few people on Medifast and they had great results.
Needless to say that I have lost the 25lbs and have maintained my weight so far — started in January and still go in for my weekly weigh in (A year program with 3 stages). Ariana has helped me with motivation and different suggestions for working out from the very beginning.
I’m a picky eater so my food was limited to bars, choco chip pancakes, brownies and puffs, but they offer a wide range of items that gives you variety.
This is the place to go if you’re really serious about losing weight. It’s a bit pricey, but you’ll see results in the first week. I’m not sure how it compares to the other weight loss centers (JC or WW). But, I consider it a good investment for my health.
