Great location and cookies are delicious. Walter and Gabby are very friendly and if you ever need a cookie cake made, ask for Gabby. She does an excellent job!

Terrible customer service every time I go in with my daughter. Today was the last straw. I will never go back, ever! I usually buy 6 cookies to bring back home but today I just bought 1 for my daughter. I gave the cashier $ 20 and she said that I’ll be taking all their change in her very disrespectful voice and gestures. I would normally solve this issue by buying more cookies but with her attitude, forget it. I left the place with the worst ever customer service experience!

This place is at a great location and is cool to get a drink if you are at the mall doing some shopping but i would not drive to this place just to get a drink. The customer service was great and the employees were working hard. I came in this spot trying to get a delicious boba drink but i was a bit disappointed at what i got. I asked for a Taro Milk tea with tapioca Pearls. I got in return a type of purple smoothie taro milk tea with BOBA. My mom got a peach pineapple smoothie which was great to me. The ice cream selection looked pretty good. I guess i would order a smoothie next time or get some ice cream.

I would give this place no star if there were an options just because of the costumer service. My first time here and definitely my last.

They are so rude here!!! I got 6 mini cookies. The first one I ate tasted like peanut butter. When I went into the store the two employees verbally assaulted me! There is no sing in site saying cookies may be contaminated with peanuts. When I said they should of said something they laughed. When I said someone could of died they both said we don’t give a s!!! I will NEVER go back to this store. NEVER!!! It should be closed or all employees fired!!!

Located in the middle of Otay Ranch mall, we went here on a hot weekday… The girl behind the counter was friendly and helpful. We chose a couple scoops of ice cream and a drink. The husband got his usual mint chocolate chip. The taste is pretty standard, but He commented that they should bring down the temperature more bc his ice cream was super soft and was melting too quick. I got a Thai iced tea… It didn’t taste bad… But it was super sweet and you BARELY taste the Thai tea. I know, I know… What am I doing, ordering Thai tea at Nestle?! It was on the menu! Hehe Otherwise, their cookies are pretty tasty. We didn’t get any this time, but in previous visits, it’s Always sweet, soft and chewy.

Came to Nestle Tollhouse for some ice cream. Ice cream is good when it’s hot! As we walk in, we were greeted hi. There were two people at the counter. I go with white chocolate macadamia nut ice cream in a kids cup which costs $ 2.89. Hubby got a waffle cone with kona coffee flavor. My daughter gets a waffle cone with birthday cake flavor. Hubby had a coupon on his phone. I ended up paying $ 10.13. Waffle cone was pretty big. I think I ended up getting my kid’s cup for free. Mine was discounted off for the coupon. The white chocolate macadamia was really good. Creamy and had chunks of macadamia nuts in the ice cream. Kid’s cup was enough for me. I was still full from lunch. My daughter couldn’t finish hers so I had only a couple of spoonfuls and was done. Hubby finished his and whatever my daughter couldn’t finish. Birthday cake flavor was too sweet for me. It had sprinkles in it. I didn’t care for that flavor. I did enjoy my white macadamia ice cream though. They also sell boba drinks, smoothies, cookies, and other items.

I had wanted a special ice cream cookie so I came the this place. When I came inside there was this cute woman handling the store. I had asked her for a oatmeal and coffee ice cream cookie and with a smile she delightfully made it for me. I believe her name was Gabby. Her customer service was excellent!

Great customer service! My boyfriend and I ordered our drinks and got them soon after! I love it there and the smell of fresh baked goods make it all the more better!

I come to this specific Nestle Toll House Café for their Taro Boba drink and Ube ice cream(the latter cannot be found at all locations); occasionally for some of the baked items as well. I usually ask them to go light on the boba, otherwise they’ll put in what I consider to be an excessive amount. Always hits the spot.

Came in here for a quick bite, ordered the acai and pitaya bowls. The bowls were made pretty well, I just feel like they are kinda pricey. I loved that when I walked in it smelled like fresh warm cookies. I wasnt impressed with the cookies however, they seem kinda hard. The pitaya has an interesting taste, not bad, but I prefer the acai. I wouldve only given this place 3 stars but they have excellent customer service.

They have a great selection, but oddly the prices aren’t next to the name. You have to ask how much every cookie is which is kind of annoying. The Nestle Toll House is very small but has an extended outside patio. This is great for kids becaude theres a little play area with spongy grass. The cashier was very nice and offered suggestions to me and my partner. They were a little slow to get out, Im only saying this because we were the only ones in here and they took awhile to ring us up. I ordered the pitaya bowl and my partner ordered the acai bowl. They look exactly the same in presentation. The pitaya taste a little like watermelon with wheat grass. $ 6.50 for the bowl. If you’re in the area, this isn’t a bad place to drop in.

Fresh cookies no matter what time of the day we come :) the staff here is super friendly and accommodating! I needed a cake for the next day, but they were able to get one ready for me within an hour so I would not need to come back the next day, awesome service! Which is why I have to give this place cinco stars! yay!

Short and sweet: everything is overpriced, cookies are hard as rocks, one of the older ladies that works there(with glasses) sounds like she’s yelling at you when she takes your order, and the layout is all wrong(the line is positioned to go out the side door, versus the front where you can actually SEE the menu, and the minute you enter, they’re repeatedly asking you what you want without allowing you to see the menu nor the ice cream flavor options first). Sheesh!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a fruit flavored boba drink and it tasted like a bubblegum and Pepto Bismol shake, absolutely disgusting. Also got a brownie that was stale. Total regret of purchase. You’re better off going across the street for Tapioca Express if you want superior boba drinks.

I really wanted to like this place as it seems family owned. Ordered a cookie cake for a gift for my neighbor. The lady was so rude and unfriendly to me when I asked questions about size and pricing. Cut for time I put in my order and had to wait over an hour for the order. Totally regretted it. The last time I was there hubby bought some over priced cookies and asked for a cup of water. They told him unfortunately they couldn’t use their cups for water and denied his request. WTF?! Ridiculous, he was a paying customer. It’s not like he walked in randomly and just asked for a cup of water. The girl even had the nerve to state that the staff had to bring in their own cups whenever they wanted to drink water and weren’t allowed to use the store cups either. Freakin cheap! Attention owner: put some money into your cups and customer service!

«Can I have the number 4 please?» Nestle provides cookies that are over a showcase waiting to be purchased by cookie-lovers and dessert fanatics alike. Asking for the number four gave me 6 cookies plus a choice of either Milk or a Soft Drink to wash down any excess cookie you might have down your throat. Out of the 6 different variety of cookies I ordered, I strongly recommend the English Toffee cookie, which is reminiscent of the trademark Heath candy bar. The size of the milk I got was sufficient to get me by with my cookies without having to make me waddle and feel bloated walking around the mall. Service was excellent, as the cashier grabbed the cookies off the hot oven instead of shoving the showcase cookies in a bag. Ambience is pretty cozy during wintertime, and with cookies and milk you are sure to feel that Christmas Spirit you usually get at home.

When this place first opened, I used to always come for the warm chocolate chip cookies — I was never disappointed. But as the years went by, it changed. I feel as if it’s a family owned business now. They now have boba, which I haven’t tried! Today, I got a waffle cone with green tea ice cream. It was good, not the best. Honestly, the prices are kind of high, in my opinion. The ice cream sandwiches you build are $ 6.50! That’s absurd. The people are friendly, though.
