I work very closely with Paul and I can honesty say he loves his job and that shows through his dedication. He has the patience to show houses to his clients until they find the perfect one. He helped my sister in law purchase her house after a year of searching and he never pushed or rushed her to purchase a house she wasn’t completely satisfied with. He always finds the time in his schedule to follow up with old clients to send them birthday cards, anniversary cards, or just help them with any inquiry. He has many years of experience and he is a very professional individual. I would not recommend anyone else.

Paul is an amazing realtor. I’ve never bought property before and I have to admit I was a bit overwhelmed by the stressful procedure, since I am not good a bargaining nor at deciphering the paperwork involved in big purchases (buying my last car was like pulling teeth). However, Paul made this an extremely easy process. I am an ARMY veteran and when I came back from Iraq in 2011 Paul was able to locate the perfect condo for me in less than a month, and one month later it was mine using the VA loan. It was such a great experience that I still tell my friends about him today (one of them already bought 2 properties using Paul’s services, and another one is looking at houses with him now). He’s got a keen eye for investment properties too as my condo has appreciated almost double since I bought it. I am currently talking with Paul to purchase an investment property, and he’s been an incredible source of knowledge. Now if only Paul could help me with buying my next car my purchasing stress would non-​existent.
