The service here is terrible. Not only does it take them all day to do an oil change. They don’t even work until closing. I went in the other day hours before closing and it was a ghost town. Why be open until 9pm if your not going to accept customers. If you have all day and you’re willing to put up with poor customer service then this is the place for you. However, if you want timely service and expect a certain level customer service that a paying customer should have. This is not the place for you,

This particular Pep Boys is amazing! I have been coming here for years and each and every time they always take great care of me and my family. They are extremely honest and reliable which in this field of work not everyone is upfront and honest about what kind of work needs to be done and fees that are charged. From the management to the guys that work on your car this Pep Boys has their act together and I will always recommend this store to anyone. If it is a drive for you to visit this location trust me it will be worth it. Art is a pleasure to deal with every time too. Thank You guys!

This is the place to come if you need help fixing up your car. I came in this place trying to find some headlight bulb for my after market OEM VW Jetta headlamp replacement. Claudio tried to help me figure out the custom lamp size and type. He spent about 20 minutes opening different lamps in front of me and then the manager came in and figured out. They both opened up like 5 different light bulls, including a $ 50 dollar set and the end we determined that the headlamp replacement was defective. They saved me time and money by helping me out. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. Very happy with the customer service.

My Acura TL needed an oil change and I was helped by Art at the desk. He has a very professional and caring personality and Tony was courteous when I first called to set up an appointment (even though I know this location is always swamped on Saturdays). Art also made sure I had the coupon for the synthetic oil change to help me save a couple of bucks. The overall experience was great and I plan on bringing my daughter’s car in next month when it’s due for an oil change. Thank you Art, Tony, Jesse and the rest of the crew at the Tierra Del Rey Pep Boys!
