Rude. Almost twenty minutes, no one else in waiting room and not once did the jerk behind the counter say «I’ll be right with you» nothing!!! If you don’t like your job that deals with people, maybe you shouldn’t have a job! Many people need jobs and you are here being rude! When we were done I asked a question and again rude, his reply was yelled «up to you!». Next time I am referred to these people, I am opting out! Do not come here! Not worth it!
