I’m really not sure which location that I used because I spoke with people from 3 different area codes for this company, but the website is the same so I’m sure it is the same company. The primary reason that I went with this company was that they were able to come out the next day, and the first company that I called could not. My garage door was stuck ½ way down and I wanted it closed. Although the person who set the appointment assured me they could close it, that did not happen (and I was gone when they came out because he came 1 ½ hours early).
The garage door that they installed looks fine however they did not have the color that we wanted. Due to HOA regulations, we wanted it to match the color of our old door and when the guy got back to the shop, he realized they didn’t have that color, after saying he had an exact match. That was a minor annoyance but not the end of the world.
The bigger issue was that we had an appointment window of 10am-​1pm and so we had someone wait around the house all day. Because they had not arrived, at 1:30pm we called to see where they were at and I was told someone would be there in 20 min. After repeated calls by me and excuses by them, someone finally showed up after 4:00pm. It was very frustrating and the staff was not very sympathetic that I had to find someone to hang out at my house all day for them to show up or that they inconvenienced us. They didn’t even bother to call to tell us about the delay. We only found out when we called to see where they were at. I would not recommend them to friends or family.

do not use this company. my garage door came off the railing. the repair guy shows up and tells my son he has to replace the entire hardware. my son goes back in the house. the repair guy spends 20 minutes and charges my son 240.00, which he paid in cash. he did not even give him a receipt. i know the only thing he did was put the door back on the track because the hardware had cobwebs and was identical to the opposite side of the door.
