San Diego Walk in Tubs one man crew was great. Glad I was there to help him get the tub through the doorway into to the bath– when the installer called his company for help, no one was available? The tub install went fine but this was part of the job. The other part was to install a wall heater discussed from the beginning and a key part of the project. I was reassured all week the heater would be in at the end of the week. On Thursday told the heater would be in by Friday at 3. I called the owner repeatedly all Friday afternoon but all calls went straight to voice mail, then received only text messages saying next week with free install… then nothing from him at all. I called for days but nothing. To this day I have never heard back from the owner. Total sales guy BS. I wonder now why SD walk in tubs hasn’t had a 5 star rating since 2012. STAY AWAY FROM THIS company!

Jason and his team recently installed a walk-​in tub for us. Soon after making our agreement, they scheduled, they came, they installed the tub and widened the bathroom doorway, they cleaned up each day, they protected our bedroom from dust. We couldn’t ask for more. One precaution – choose your surrounding material carefully. I wished after that I had chosen a different one. But this is not the fault of the company. I highly recommend San Diego Walkin Tubs. Call Jason and he will help you make the necessary decisions.

I am so happy with the installation and walk-​in-​tub I had so many concerns about purchasing and installing a walk-​in-​tub. My fathers safety is always a concern. He is now 87 and having difficulty with mobility. The walk-​in-​tub gave me peace of mind and has given my Dad more independence. You answered all my questions thoroughly and put me at ease. Jason and his crew did an excellent job on installing a walk in tub for my mother. Not only did they explain the process to us, but they also answered all our questions we had. My mom having had recent hip surgery could no longer step over her bathtub to shower. San Diego Walk In Tubs took care of this in a jiffy. The showroom had several examples for us to choose from. My mom has regained her bathing independence and is very happy.

Such a great company to work with! My grandfather was in need of a more easily accessible bathtub and we were fortunate to find San Diego Walk In Tubs. They came in and did a great job from the estimate to the installation. They were nothing but professional and helpful at every turn. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for an easily accessible tub that is not only functional but very good looking as well.
