SCT Properties

My family and I have been renting a house with SCT Properties for about 3 years. So far we have had a good experience with them. We are also happy with their overall costumer service, as they took care of our problems promptly.

The worst.

To be completely honest I don’t even know if this business exists. I have left 3 messages over 3 days at 2 different numbers and I sent them an email as well trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. NO ANSWER. Their website says it is updated and «time stamps» the website but it really looks like this is an automatic time stamp and does not accurately reflect the last time the website was looked at. I’m incredibly disappointed because their website actually appeared to have great locations to offer.

Steve Thomas is the very WORSE manger there is. Don’t sell or rent through him at all. He is EXTREMELY rude and will hang up on you if he doesn’t like the way the conversation is going. We went through SCT properties and rented a condo and he promised the world as far as taking care of us. when we had maintenance issues or regular everyday concerns like our light bulbs all going out, never sent anyone like he said they would. then when we moved out, all hell broke loose. we put down a $ 1000 deposit and he wont tell us how much he is going to keep because the cleaning company we hired to do our move out clean was not up to his standards. he is trying to find any reason to keep our money at this point. it was our fault for trusting him and not doing a walk through to being with, but who would have thought it would have turned into the nightmare like this. I honestly dont like saying negative things about people and their hard working business, but Steve Thomas is the absolute worse when it comes to customer service.
