Starbucks

I used to like this place (Starbucks on H st. C. V) because they close late and i can get more work done in my laptop. but I don’t like their attitude, i buy a coffee and in an hour i go to get a refill and they don’t believe i bought the coffee there, they say «i didn’t serve you before «. one day my brother was coming in from out of town to visit me, so i told him to meet me there. I bought my coffee and waited. later he came and offered to buy me a coffee, so i said just get me a refill, so he ask the white lady that works there in the evening, give me a frappuccino and a refill of coffee, she charge him full price!!! another time i went to order a coffee refill to a barista, and she told the barista, its not a refill, so she made me pay full price again. I have been called a lier 3 times there, and my brother (wearing a navy uniform) 1time… another time i asked one of their baristas, why do you always ask people if they really bought the the coffee here? and she answered «its our policy here.»

One of my favorite places and the baristas are very friendly and always welcome you with a smile. It’s conveniently located near which is awesome! They are clean and service is great!

I love this Starbucks! The baristas are so friendly and sweet and always greet me with a smile and quick convo :) It’s rarely packed and they make the drinks fairly quickly and delicious.

This has to be the worst Starbucks in the chain. It is located inside a Vons Supermarket (also notoriously slow service). Today I thought I would stop by to pick up a couple pounds of Christmas blend. There was only two people ahead of me in line and two ladies waiting for their coffee when I got in line. 10 minutes later the two ladies got their drinks and were off but none of the 4 employees behind to counter had waited on any of the 3 of us standing in line, nor had they even bothered to acknowledge we were standing there. It was as if we were invisible. They seemed to have nothing to do but waiting on customers was not important. It must be nice to have such a successful business that you can ignore your customers. I just dropped my 2 pounds of coffee in the aisle and left the store. Pete’s coffee down the street gave me much better service. I should have known better than to go into a Vons supermarket in the first place.

Great location for an Amazing Starbucks! Love the White Chocolate Mocha. Also recommend the Very Berry Hibiscus with lemonade instead of water.

My friend loves his Starbucks. I mean love LOVE! He’s one of those Starbucks fans that knows how many pumps of this and that he needs in his special cup of happiness. It’s mind boggling! So you can imagine how many Starbucks we have ventured into and believe me there are some places that simply cannot get his favorite drinks just right. HOWEVER… this particular gem of a Starbucks which is tucked away in the hustle and bustle of this Vons has always… I mean it — ALWAYS been RIGHT ON WITH THEIR FLAVORS. ooohh and if you ever get lucky enough to have Beautiful Barista Mercedes to make your drink, then you’re in for a real treat of perfection — no lie! :) At our recent visit to this Starbucks, Mercedes remembered my friend’s face, name, and drink — he was so happy LOL I hope you enjoy your Venti of happiness just as my friend does every time he comes to this location :-) PS new Barista Henry thinks Barista Mercedes is awesome too :)
