Subway

Came in on national sandwich day. Came for the free sandwiches duhhh!!! I think they handled the day pretty well… at least for me && bae tho. wasn’t my first time here, both experiences ive had here were super. food was great, customer service was great && the vitamin water pomegranate blueberries i believe it is … extremely yummy! I like this subway lots.

Subway is Subway, the sandwiches always taste the same, but this particular location was a MESS! Not only were the floors dirty with trash everywhere but so were all the toppings and containers. Everything just looked sloppy and like they hadn’t cleaned all day! The employees seemed to be enjoying themselves though, maybe a little too much!
I asked for avocado and the worker told me the ones they had out were all too hard. okay. Then she says «I can go look in the back. if you want.» Really? I just said forget it. If you knew there were more then you should have checked for better ones and been prepared for customers. AND don’t cut them open knowing they’re not ripe & have a bunch of halves chillin in the container, such a waste!
I’m not one to really even care about customer service at fast food type places but it was just annoying and the lack of cleanliness can definitely drive business away. We came just for the BOGO, but when we do decide to get Subway again we’ll go to a more organized location! :/

Good service, fast preparation, recommended parking is a little bit of a hassle but service is pretty good, love subway

Very clean restaurant. Staff was very attention to detail sandwich came out fresh and not soggy. Alan was my sandwich maker and was very polite and fast did not ask twice for what I wanted. This place was not that busy but I could tell that a lot of people come here and enjoy the service because their tip jar was full good job guys.

This subway is clean and the staff is patient when you are deciding what kind of sub to make. I walked in with an 8 year old and two 6 year olds and we all wanted everything unique but as is the employee was very professional patient and kind. I have to say I really felt welcomed there and will go there again for the same experience.

Great customer service — the employees at this establishment are very polite. I made a big order with one of the ladies there and she noticed I was constantly coughing and near the end kf mu transaction she went out of her way and handed me a cough drop because she had been sick the past days as well, that small kind gesture made my day :) I just wish I had caught her name.

Standard fair type of Subway with a outdoor strip-​mall dreary feel. 2 workers on a mid day with a fairly indifferent ad non-​chalant attitude could be improved upon. But then again, why should I ask for the world when I’m only paying $ 4.99 for the combo. It’s a Subway. Right?
Okay, fair enough… 3 stars.

The staff is the best!
Management is another issue. The lady was rude and busy socializing with the male staff. I found out she was the manager when I asked to speak to the manger. Very unprofessional and not sure how she was given management responsibility.

Honestly I would have preferred someone else complete my order, not only did she take FOREVER to give my change back she picked up the phone and ignored me. Apparently my business was less important than what she was discussing on the phone. To top it off she forgot to give me my sandwich AND drink because she was too busy chit chatting.
Needless to say I filled out there 1 minute survey and left the stupid cookie just thought I’d let them know it was me who gave the bad review.

Nice customer service. A fairly new Subway location. The building is nice and clean. There are no public bathrooms, so you need to go somewhere else. Lots of outside parking.
