I love this doctor and have been going to her for years but some of the front desk staff is RUDE!!!
I give Dr Chou 5 STARS and her staff 3 STARS because not all of them are bad.
They are the worst when it comes to answering phones and making appointments. When you make an appointment they sound annoyed like they are doing you a favor by answering the phone and making an appointment for you and then before you can actually confirm if you have an appointment they hang up on you. I truly love this doctor but due to some staff I’m really considering going somewhere else. I don’t expect to have the red carpet rolled out for me but if I’m sick and looking to make an appointment, don’t treat me like crap and make me sorry for calling.

As much I want to give this doctors office a 5 star review… I just can’t! Doctor Chou is hands down the BEST doctor I have ever encountered. She does phenomenal work and she is beyond relatable! However, first impressions are everything& her staff is AWEFUL! They are rude, full of attitude, and snooty. These young girls ruin my visit practically every time I come.
Today was my tipping point. I am switching providers as soon as possible! MONICA (works the front desk) is the nastiest person I have ever had to deal with in a doctors office. Working in this field you never know what someone is going though so you should have the up most respect and courtesy. I have no other way to put it other than that she is a bully! I would recommend this doctor to everyone; however watch out for her staff!

Dr Chou is one of those doctors you spend years searching for. So easy to talk about embarrassing women’s problems and she is more than willing to break down all the medical terminology and explain things to you — right down to drawing crude medical diagrams without any remote condescension. It’s also really easy to schedule prompt appointments without having to wait a week. The only thing I don’t like is that there can be a bit of a wait in the waiting room which I loathe since I view it as being disrespectful of patients’ time… but it’s so worth it for a good doctor and she’s obviously running late because I’m sure she takes her time with every patient so I’m not going to deprive her of any stars for that.
