I wish I had before and after pictures. My carpet wasn’t really that dirty but it had that old worn and compressed look with a slightly darker shade in the high traffic areas. Alberto really brought it back to life and it looks great. The color is nice and even and it regained its plushness. I really like the old school and more traditional feeling of dealing with a Mom-​and-​Pop business. They naturally tend to be more connected with a genuine care for their customers and business. This is exactly the case with Alberto. He’s a down to earth guy that knows his carpet cleaning. This is a definite 5 stars for me, I highly recommend Xcellent Carpet Clean.
I almost forgot the service was super quick. The work was done on two decent size bedrooms a hallway and a spacious living room. All was done in a little over an hour and nearly dry. Great experience, I’m glad I called.
