Mr. Nichols is wonderful to work with. If you’re in need of a home inspection, especially on a potential real estate investment, he’s your man!
The report provided after the inspection was top-​notch — color photographs to illustrate any concerns, and the recommended actions are color coded (green = good to go, red = needs attention; blue = steady as she goes). In the grand scheme of things, his fees are reasonable and he serves a wide radius within Northern Indiana. He also provides color illustrations of common household items — water heaters, geothermal units, electrical panels and private wells, etc.
Definitely check out his website for more information to see if his services are right for you — he includes a price list, a sample inspection report, and a little information about himself. The inspection process takes about 2 – 3 hours, and I highly recommend being present so he can talk you through his findings.
