I stayed for 3 nights during Labor Day weekend. There were only a few other guests there at the time as well. The hotel was clean, quiet, but not within walking distance to any amenities(I had a vehicle so it was no big deal). I was in town to attend the state fair, I asked them to help me find the nearest shuttle to the fair, the lady at the counter responded with«we don’t do that». I had to explain a few times what I needed, then she finally agreed to help.(I took in my laptop open to the page that listed the location — but not the address — of the shuttle). The next day I booked the Trailways bus back to NYC online but needed to print the ticket. I asked if they could print out a ticket for me and they responded with«we don’t do that». I ended up having to find an Office Depot for that, when most hotels would’ve done that. Regardless, this is a decent hotel for what you are paying. Bathrooms are outdated, but immaculately clean. The room was recently updated, and although the furniture is quite inexpensive, it was immaculately clean and very generously sized. There is a nice play area away from the building if you have children(which I do not), surrounded by a very nice area of well-taken care of green grass. There was a small microwave and a fridge which worked fine. I do not use public wi-fi(I prefer to use my cell phone hot spot), so I cannot comment on the wi-fi quality, but they do offer it at no charge. Check in and check out were both flawless and quick. I’m not sure I’d stay here if I visit Syracuse again, but I would recommend the hotel for anyone looking for a clean, safe, generously sized room at a very reasonable rate.

Budget Inn. You get what you pay for. They did not pay attention to detail as we did not get a cot for our 3rd person until the next day even though we reserved hours earlier.
