Terrible service, I had to wait in line for 10 minutes, when I got to order, the cashier did not know how to enter coupons so that took another 5 minutes and they were rude. The food that I got was good, warm. But I needed to go back to the counter for more ketchup and I had to say «excuse me» 5 times to finally get someone’s attention. The building is an older design and very dirty. The restrooms are so-​so. The main reason I give this restaurant 1 star is because of their service. If you want to wait in line for 20 minutes and get served by rude employees then go here. I would definitely not recommend this KFC to anyone.

This restaurant does does not even deserve a star! The service was incredible slow and I honestly waited 20 min in the drive through for a famous bowl and a pot pie. This is not the first time this has happened either. Also I noticed the workers do not wear gloves when ha handling your food. I could go on and on but people please do not go here !

North Syracuse, NY
Not going back again. Outdated store with a new coat of paint and dirty. Service is so-​so and grilled chicken was dry. Not many customers at lunchtime so maybe the food sits longer and dries out. Dirty store. South Salina is the better store, but not in that area often.
