The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly. Something happens in the kitchen. This is my second time here. The first time they brought the wrong soup. I checked the receipt, it said broccoli, they brought chicken. The second time I ordered the power Kale salad and there is NO kale!

It’s ok, I. Go because my daughter love it. I always feel like I spend way tho e much for what we get. It’s a nice place and imo pretty much just ok. Coffee is good as are the soups, but I doubt anything is close to made there, seems like it’s all quick serve process food

Friendliest Panera around. Obviously many people come back as the staff seems to be on a first name basis with many. Food is always fresh and service is friendly and quick.

Had to move to get away from women at next table and their loud inane chatter. Spot I picked was near kitchen with incessant high pitched metallic squealing sound. Leaving now to maintain my sanity. This place is supposed to be relaxing? They need to address that crazy sound. Ugh.

The lemonade tonight was really gross and both my friend and I have stomach aches. Could be coincidental, but we did eat the same thing. The food was VERY over-priced, but that is obviously a Panera thing. I paid $ 11 for a plain salad with no meat and a small cup of tea. The salad was not that good. In general I do enjoy the food and atmosphere here, but tonight we were dissatisfied.

As stated in previous reviews, there is nothing in particular about this Panera that would differentiate it from the others — bad or good. It was close to HWY 481 on my trek up to ADK, which is a nice change from all the Dunkin Doughnuts and Tim Hortons scattered along the I-90. The service was fast and friendly even though they forgot to serve me the soufflé I ordered, but they were polite about it. The tables inside the restaurant were not clean probably due to the fact that we arrived there just after the morning rush and they didn’t have time to clean them.
My recommendation would be the Frozen Mocha. It is a lovely summer drink on those long car rides to the ADK wilderness.
