I had this company come close my pool last year. To say they did a horrible job is an understatement. They never called me to tell me when they were arriving and because of this they used the old cover and not the brand cover I had bought. I usually close the pool myself and open it crystal clear but due to time constraints I couldn’t. When I opened it this year it was swamp green. I called the company and their response was what would you like us to do about it. I will say that the gentleman who runs the camillus location is great and always helpful. That is why they received 2 stars.
