Target

Clean store, well organized, sufficient cashiers. Friendliness not top priority. Better than Walmart!

I went in here with the sole purpose of helping my mother and sister-​in-​law upgrade their phones. We did the research on the phones they wanted at the nearby stores and Target was the cheapest for this model. Walk in, wait 5 min… Still no one in the department. A quick «Hello? Anyone working in electronics?» prompted someone to come over and let us know that the «mobile» lady was on lunch and no one would be available for another 20+ minutes. Are you kidding me? Asked her if we could get a manager to help us out, as we weren’t waiting around for that. That’s when we were told that the Manager doesn’t have the authority to handle the mobile stuff… Quick check and Amazon can have same phone same price to me in 2 days. Sold. Thanks for wasting my time this evening. I’d think about hiring a few people who «have the authority» to sell a couple of cell phones.

This is the nicest Target. Whether you go to customer services, need help on the floor, go to the Target Café or the Starbucks, every employee smiles and is helpful.

This Target is so sour. Ugh. Rude people. No cashiers. Registers don’t work. Dead. I don’t like it at all. I have been here three times, always same experience. Too bad is not better because I love my W. Genesee Target. It rocks!

The workers here must be out of holiday cheer. I went through check out and the cashier literally didn’t say a word to me. No how are you or here’s your receipt or have a good day. Nothing. Then I went to the Starbucks and I had to stand there right in front of her for 3 minutes and stare at the girl for her to take my order. If you’re not friendly don’t work in customer service. I don’t spend my hard earned here for you to be rude to me.

It’s a Target. They are all the same. Clean. Cheap DVD’s A few good Tshirts and keeps the wife happy. End of story.

Nice, clean Target with a good selection of regular, sale and seasonal items. Store was tidy, displays were stocked.
Great pantry section, great kids section with some nice kids shoes, too. Staff was good about moving people through check out.
