Zero STARS. Paid more than $ 68.00 to have package shipped from near Miami, Florida, USA last week. Store had my phone number, address, and e-Mail, but neither alleged owner Steve nor cashier Marina felt it necessary to let me know that package arrived at 10am when I arrived at 3pm to inquire — thankfully I received Tracking Number just an hour ago and found where it was. Then I was charged a FIVE Dollar«pick-up fee». I asked to speak to the manager after saying, «No, this is absolutely ridiculous!». Alleged owner Steve proceeded to get in my face and told me that it was HIS store’s policy … I shook my head in disgust. While handing a $ 10 bill to Marina, I got a nice huff in my face, as if she was put out, when it was not her that I had the confrontation with. She returned my change of $ 5.40 very rudely by huffing again & all but slamming it in my hand. If it was the owner, or a male cashier, the end of this encounter would have ended very, very differently. I unpacked my item, and left the box and packing materials next to the«Recycling» area, and walked out. By God and sunny Jesus, I will never use UPS again, … I actually did not want to to begin with, but it was Veterans Day, so shipper had one choice. USPS or FedEx from here on out, even if I have to wait for service, or extra days.

Fast & Affordable. Great location and tons of parking. More importantly this location the people are phenomenal! Personable, full of energy, caring. Its like having family help you when you go there.
