A Gogo Event Rentals

I have been working with this company as an Event Planner for the past 2 months on tent, table and chair rental for a wedding THIS WEEKEND. We are planning from out of town, and have been in regular contact throughout the process, and absolutely confirmed the event with them. Just last week, I had emailed about reconfirming everything, and possibly needing to made some additions to our order, Amber emails back– no problem, just send in contract with 50% deposit. I have my assistant call them on Monday to give payment information, and send signed contract, and THEY SOLD OUR QUOTE TO SOMEONE ELSE. I called in absolute shock to confirm that there must be some kind of mistake, and they tell me they did not receive the deposit so they rented the tent to someone else. So we have been working with you for 2 months… was just waiting for deposit from the bride, and I can’t even get a phone call to ask (even though she absolutely knew) that we still wanted the order? Who does business that way? So I had to scramble to find another tent and rentals, literally the week of someone’s wedding, because this company chooses to do business this way. I work with many rental companies, and have NEVER had anything like this happen before. I guess they taught me a lesson about the almighty dollar. Sorry– I choose businesses that care about their clients!!!

I ordered chairs, linens, heaters, and tables from A Gogo. They were extremely accomodative in regards to my budget and came through on a minutes notice. I spoke with Chad over the phone who coordinated everything quickly and efficiently. They were absolutely fantastic and I will use them in the future for all personal and work related events.

I’ve had these guys do the tents, tables & chairs for a the family reunion at my parent’s house and they were cheap, quick and super friendly.
