I continue to have one of the best service experiences of any store or any purchase I have ever made! I bought a gas grill with their help (best price of any store online or off), they assembled and delivered at no extra charge and helped me get the correct fixtures to hook it up to my natural gas line. I ran into several complications and they were incredibly patient and helpful in finally getting it hooked up correctly. What a great group of helpful, experienced, and nice people.
Every experience I have had at this store has been terrific but the experience with ordering, delivering and setting up my grill has been over the top. I will NEVER shop anywhere else for home goods. This store is THE BEST!

I stop here regularly to pick up hardware, birdseed, gardening supplies, spare keys, etc. The staff always greet me immediately and ask what they can do to help. They always know their inventory well and direct me right to what I need. I’m always on my way home within 5 – 10 minutes.

I came here to have a key made and as soon as I walked in the door, I was warmly and sincerely greeted and asked how I could be helped. When I said I would like to have a key made, I was directed to the appropriate part of the store.
When I got to the back of the store, it turns out they did not carry the key I needed but the person who makes the keys gave me the name of 2 of the stores in the area that do. He was truly apoligetic and I felt like he truly tried to help. Great customer service!
