So I’ve had years of great service from them… But how great is the service really when you have to have them out 4 times a year and things keep breaking and things they install they don’t honor any warranties on because they’ll push it onto the manufacturer and not take any credit for it. This last time they came out because the opener that they installed stopped working. They told me what was wrong and basically had me deal with the manufacturer to get a part for it. Then they’re going to charge me over $ 100 more to come back out to put it on when the $ 60 in the first place was just for them coming out and saying there’s nothing they could do for me. They’re lucky I wasn’t the one home when they came out first time because I would never in my life pay someone to tell me they can’t do anything then say they’re charging again to come back later. Absolutely not! All those years of service calls from me and my family are done, and I will ensure I tell everyone not to go with your company, and I hope others read this review. Stand by your installation and service items don’t blame others. Shame on you AE Door.

The service we recieved was great. The technician arrived when they said they would and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Also we had a problem we didnt even know about and he fixed that while he was there and saved us another service call in the future! We would refer all of our friends to them.
