Very poor customer service from Chris and this company. After bringing in the measurements for our bathroom, Chris insisted that I had an extra 2″ to work with than what I had measured costing me a small fortune to have my contractor cut down the shower base. When this was brought to Agean’s attention they refused to compensate for their mistake and gave lots and lots of excuses. We had to beg Chris to come see the consequences of his mistake and even then he was full of himself and more excuses. Think twice before using them for your bathroom remodeling needs as the hassles are not worth it and you can find the same materials for much less and not have to deal with the terrible customer service.
