Awful, the lady makes ONE design on everyone face despite people different shapes faces, eyes ect every customer leaves with same shaped eye brows… Also her husband doesn’t speak English and won’t greet you when you walk in (even though he sits at desk) but when you leave he sure knows how to collect the money.

Love them! When I became vegan, I didn’t want to spend money on waxing services that used animal products, so I opted for threading and also noticed the irritation that followed waxing never happened when I got threaded here. This is an affordable place for threading and even has a rewards program! Service is always good with the exception of one time when I had to «beg» her to do my threading when I got there at 8:34. I understand she wanted to close at 8:45 (which is what this business usually does instead of the listed time that’s 9 pm for weekdays), but I didn’t expect I would have to convince her that much. In the end, it worked out, and I was able to get the service done (was out of the store by 8:53) and was happy with the results and thanked her for staying open until the listed time. There have been three other occasions where I have gone twice at 8:30 and once at 6 in the past to find the business closed. When it was closed at 6 during a weekday once, there was a sign posted outside that they had to close early. I’d suggest calling ahead and going earlier in the day time. All the women who work here, including the owner, do a good job at threading. I’d say they’re the best at threading that I’ve found in Cincinnati: a friend had recommended them to me.

Go on Saturday morning. She does the best and fastest threading. You’ll get used to it. Way better than waxing. I have had my eyebrows and lip threaded for years. Makeup wears better with threading and it’s way cheaper than waxing. This place is right outside Jc Penney. They are fantastic.

Literally the last good thing at Eastgate. They do an excellent good for a fair price. Most of the time there is no wait. Friendly staff. Always come here for my eyebrows.

This was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and they did a great job at Ana’s. I was in and out in ten minutes. My eyebrows look the best they have ever looked!

This is the only place I’ve gone for eyebrow threading so I don’t have much to compare it to, but the service quick and polite and keeps me returning.

This place is wonderful! It’s so great to have somewhere to get my eyebrows threaded when I visit from California. The price is fair and the quality is perfect. I will always go here when I’m in town :)

I’m a guy. Getting my eyebrows waxed is not an option. Threading is a perfect solution. It looks so natural and just «clean».
Shempa is my go to girl. She gets it perfect every time. She leaves just enough on the ends (the ends closest to my ears, if you will) to make it look natural. As a guy, you do not want those to be too manicured. If they are too manicured, it looks fake and «girl-​like». Shempa does a perfect job every time.
I’d also like to add that Shempa does a great job on women’s eyebrows too. She knows exactly what to do for either gender. Guy or girl — go see Shempa. You’ll be impressed.

I found this place after an extensive search for a place to get my eyebrows threaded. I was spoiled to have cheap threading shops at my fingertips when living in both Chicago and Detroit.
I went to Kenwood Mall and found a shop that charged $ 30 for eyebrows! Which was ridiculous compared to the $ 7 that I was used to. Therefore, I was excited to find Ana’s for $ 13! The shop is located Eastgate Mall, which is close to my office and the ladies are QUICK and do a great job. They also offer a punch card for free services!

Eyebrow threading is the best, even for someone who’s a big pain weenie like me. Eastgate Mall is way over in the back of the great beyond, but once you get there, you’ve arrived. I’ve recently moved to Cincy and have lived across the South and Midwest, having had my eyebrows threaded in chic spots in Atlanta, GA to tiny (but efficient) stalls in Madison, WI. I’ve had a few eyebrow heartbreaks since coming to Cincy and trying out local services, and had almost given up, deciding that maybe it was better to walk around looking like a man than letting mediocre «professionals» butcher my brows.
One time with Urvi (OOR-​vee) at Eastgate, and all of my better-​to-​look-​like-​a-​man ideas were a thing of the past. She’s wonderfully talented. Urvi actually listened to me, did exactly as I asked, and my brows turned out perfectly. I’d gone with a friend, and even though she had her brows done, too, she said, «Yours look so much better than mine.» I can’t even play modest… they totally did.
It might be «Ana’s Eyebrow Place,» but Urvi runs that show:)
(Hint: Call ahead just to make sure your favorite person is on shift that day. Everyone there is nice, but now that I’ve found Urvi I’m not letting anyone else near my eyebrows. She completes me. And by me, I do mean my eyebrows.)

This place is wonderful! Very reasonable pricing, little to no wait, she took 2 – 3 minutes to thread my brows and they look awesome. Ive paid twice the price to have an inferior job done elsewhere — never again! Went on my lunch hour and was back at the office with time to spare. Plus, staff is very friendly. I will be back!

I have always been curious about eyebrow threading and I was surprised to learn it was available at Eastgate Mall. Like the previous reviewer mentioned, the wait is minimal and the price (I think it was $ 10 the last time I went) is well worth it. I’ve been there a few times now and the ladies have always been quick, friendly, and precise. What more could you ask for?

Ana’s Eyebrow = my favorite hair removal place in all of Cincinnati.
The friendly women who work here mostly specialize in threading, which is especially effective for eyebrow shaping. Try it, and you will never go back to waxing.
I always leave here with my eyebrows looking clean and fabulous for a reasonable price, one that’s less than what you would pay for any experienced eyebrow waxing in the city. Also, walk-​ins are preferred [the wait is usually not much more than a few minutes].
Don’t be deceived by their name, they do more than just eyebrows. They do threading for all facial hair, they do leg/​bikini waxing, and I’m pretty sure they do henna tattoos as well. I got my first Brazilian here, and as odd as it sounds, it was a great experience [minus the pain of course]. The woman who did it was a personable perfectionist. Two qualities I rather appreciate in such a service.
If and when I make a trip back to Cincy, I most certainly will let my hair grow out just to have the low-​cost, high quality, and excellent service that Ana’s Eyebrow offers.
I say, just try it already.
