Arthur Craig, MD

Per a friend’s recommendation, i called Dr. Craig’s office in a fit of desperation this past Tuesday after a trauamtic urgent care clinic experience (note to self, review the Oakley Urgent Care Clinic one star).
I had been breaking out in hives without any possible explanation, been diagnosed by a nurse and an urgent care doctor with three potential causes (anywhere from poison ivy to serious diseases).
Was not on top of my game at finding a local primary care doctor two years ago, so I didn’t have anyone to turn to, and a friend suggested Dr. Craig.
I called the front office begging around 11am, and after some prodding, they squeezed in at 4:45 that day! How rare is that? I thought perhaps the office closed at 5, and I got the last 15 minutes, but NO — Dr. Craig spent nearly an hour with me (I can’t remember the last time a doctor did that), walking through different potential causes, ran some quick tests, and we realized that I had just started on some reaction-​trigger meds from a different doctor & needed to cut those. Sure enough, all is back to normal overnight.
Plus they have a pretty neat online system to access your med files remotely at home and to send the doctor comments/​emails that he’ll respond to that day — super convenient!

Simply put, I have been very happy with Dr. Craig as my physician and I have recommended him several times to friends and to family.
